Highly recommend this place! Easy to get to, beautiful view, close to shopping and historic sites. Short drive to the beach. Clean and bright with plenty of space for 2 people. Communication with the host was easy. Hoping to return sometime.

This property was clean, convenient, and all that we needed for our to shy of one week stay in Saint Augustine. The location was great. A very short distance to the historic center and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The deck overlooking the lake was a great way to start the day with a cup of coffee. I would definitely recommend this property and would return to it without hesitation.

Awesome place

Thanksgiving week

Comfortable accommodations- cleanliness of studio was great. Location is very nice but wish we had been closer to downtown activities due to the fact we are older. All in all- a great stay!

We loved this place. The host was very welcoming. The Studio was prefect for me , my husband and our dog. Very clean. Very quiet. The studio is located right beside a lake. Plenty of places to walk your dog. Also in walking distance to historical St. Augustine. The one complaint was the tv is small for the room size. We would stay there again.

Great Place Close to Everything

Absolutely perfect for someone traveling alone or with someone else. Very clean and cozy. Nice view of Lake Sanchez and within walking distance to old town and the bay front. Highly recommend.

Great Views and Convenient

This property is exactly how it shows in the pictures. Its across the street from a small lake and it's a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It's an easy walk to downtown and most of the places to go for sightseeing.

Wonderful Property

Just stayed at this property a 2nd time. It is exactly as shown & described. Clean comfortable & close to the Historic District & the Bay. The property host is very responsive & wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this property & already have a 3rd stay here booked!

30th Birthday Weekend

We came to celebrate my birthday, and the apartment couldn’t have been more perfect! The location was amazing and we used the bikes every day to get around. Would totally come back!

Perfect Little Gem!!

We loved everything about this place. Lauren was an amazing host who answered any questions we had quickly. The place was perfect for my husband and I and our little fur baby! The place had everything you could need and was very clean. The view was wonderful and the location allowed us to walk downtown! Perfect little Gem!!

Beautiful, quiet setting

We loved watching the birds come and go on the lake. The apartment was just as expected. We enjoyed the short walk into town. We will return here when we go to St. Augustine again.Communication was excellent with the host. Thank you

Perfect place!

This little place was perfect! Its actually located on the end of St George Street. My partner and I walked the whole time. Never used the bikes. It is a little bit of a walk...but, loved every minute of a much needed vacation. Thank you for letting us into your home.

Loved this Place!

The loft is exactly as shown & described. Clean comfortable & close to the Historic District & the Bay. Being right on the lake is fantastic & the neighborhood is very beautiful and quiet. The interior is well appointed and well stocked. The bed is super comfortable. There's a great little deck to sit on and relax. The property host is very responsive and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this property and will be returning soon!
