What a great place. It was very clean. Sabrina was easy to contact. Very quiet and convenient to hiking, breweries, and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!!

My husband and I celebrated an anniversary in Sabrina's lovely rental. Everything was exactly as described, except for a broken washer. Sabrina was kind enough to tell us about that issue before we arrived. Knowing about the problem, we just packed a few extra outfits. The king size bed was perfect. So was the hot shower and the beautiful grassy yard that our doggie enjoyed. We visited parks and greenways in the area. All in all, a cozy, comfortable home away from home.

It was a really nice stay. I would have felt safer if it had a deadbolt on the door. Also the noise from the road not what i expected looking at the pictures.

I was pleasantly surprised and I loved my stay here! My dogs and I enjoyed exploring the property. I felt right at home and comfortable. The king bed was extremely comfortable. Very convenient location south of Asheville. Would definitely stay here again!

This rental was nicely decorated. Comfortable king size bed. Met our needs while waiting for our new house construction to be completed. Close to work.Close to the airport, AG Center, and hiking trails. Great communication. Ample parking. Quiet neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was very convenient, quiet, and just enough space for my wife and I to spend 3 weeks. Our host Sabrina was very welcoming, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. She respected our privacy and checked in occasionally to make sure everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Several things were missing that we have had in previous locations.Toaster didn’t work, thermostat didn’t work, tv was not easy to operate, burners on stove were filthy, rotted baseboards near shower, no dresser in bedroom. Place is up for sale and furniture there was minimal.

Mark, I’m sorry you had trouble. I didn’t hear from you at all. Even after messaging you to establish communication while you were here. In the welcome book on the table, some of this could have been corrected. 1) the thermostat you are speaking of, is only for heat. It is turned off because it’s off season, but is easy to push the on button on the thermostat if you needed heat. The toaster does work, you moved it to an outlet that doesn’t work in the kitchen. Actually the only one that doesn’t work in the house. In the handbook it talks about how to work the television which is a basic Roku tv. (The board in the bathroom is from guests not pulling the curtain closed, as the note in the bathroom asks guests to do. Board isn’t rotten, just bubbled) Sorry for your difficulties.

The home was very clean and in a great location. Perfect for my husband and I. Sabrina was great to give us advice on where to shop and eat! She always replied immediately to my messages! Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

The hosts were so kind and communicative. We enjoyed our stay, the place was very clean and comfortable. Typically we never sleep well in a bed other than our own - the one there was very comfortable. It was truly a great stay! We plan to be back! Thank you!
