We had a fabulous trip! The property is very well kept and spacious. It has plenty of places for you to sit and enjoy your time here. Would definitely stay again!!!!

The home was in a premier location with plenty of space! The water access was extremely convenient and made accessing kings bay and the gulf extremely easy! Looking forward to staying again!

Great location! Dock is very convenient for a mid sized bay boat. Very clean and the host was very informative! Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, clean, relaxing. Cool little spot just a little drive from in between lots of springs. Comfortable accommodations and loved the 11am checkout. A stress free stay! Thank you so much. Would love to come back next summer!

The River Palm was a fantastic place to stay in Crystal River. The house was exactly as described, with plenty of extra space. The sunroom, with a very cold split-unit AC, provided a large area for everyone to hang out. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities, and the coffee station was an unexpected bonus. The floating dock was large enough to fit our 24 ft boat, and there was plenty of room in the canal to maneuver. The large driveway fit our trailer and 3 vehicles. Check-in and Check-out instructions were straightforward, and the host was quick to respond to messages. It was priced reasonably for the summer scallop season. We will definitely consider this house for future stays.

The property was the perfect getaway for our family. After a recent loss, we needed a peaceful place by the water during the holidays, and this home was exactly what we needed. Our son even caught his first fish off the dock, which was truly the icing on the cake. We’re so grateful for the memories made.

This is a such a beautiful home. We came to celebrate my 47th birthday. My parents, my son, my husband and my aunt and uncle had plenty of room. The house is just beautiful and so well equipped and decorated. We spent our evenings sitting out by the water and enjoying each others company in the large room facing the water. The perfect spot - the boat launch is minutes away and the area is perfect for kayaking, great restaurants, shopping on Citrus. Just the perfect house. The host was very accommodating and communicative. I would stay here again and again and most definitely recommend it to others. Thank you for providing a space for my family to enjoy time together and make special memories.

If you are looking for a place in Crystal River look no further! From the moment you walk through the front door this place is absolutely STUNNING! Beautifully decorated and filled with everything you need and more. We brought our 24ft boat with us. There is a boat ramp about a mile away that is super easy to get in/out of and it was a quick trip (5 minutes) from the ramp to the house. Great floating dock to accommodate our boat. The house has a nice big driveway to accommodate our truck & boat trailer, plus 2 additional vehicles. Kayaks & a canoe available for use. The canal was super nice and quiet. We fished right off the dock. The giant family room was our favorite place. We spent most of the time in there just chatting, eating or playing dominoes. We had the best weekend!! Andrea was an amazing host. Always available and responsive if we needed anything. We will definitely book this place for ALL our future Crystal River vacations!!
