Luxury Ocean Front House with Private Pool and 5 BR's - "Timeout"
This beautiful oceanfront home is just waiting for you and your family! Oceanfront is steps away with the marsh views across the street. Our beachfront is never busy! Home has been completely remodeled. Renovations include: LVP throughout, fresh interior paint, upgraded bathrooms, new HVAC, new windows and doors on the beach side of the house and a completely remodeled kitchen with modern finishes and stainless steel appliances. As if that is not enough, all of the furniture is brand new including the mattresses! All outdoor furniture is the high end Adirondack. Also, there are flat-screen TVs in all of the bedrooms to stream your favorite shows including a 70 inch tv in the living room.
The owner includes commercial grade beach chairs (6) and beach umbrellas (2) at no charge to the tenants. Enjoy playing cornhole under the house or in the large concrete driveway which has room for 6+ cars. New grill for 2026.
Outside you will find a saltwater pool with a new heater and Trex decking around the pool, boardwalk, and decks! The view of the ocean and beach strand is unmatched! This home offers 5 bedrooms (3K, 2F, 1BB, 1PBB) and 4 bathrooms. Occupancy is limited to 12. The pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week.
The owner takes great pride in making sure the home is extremely clean. This is done by having our own cleaner who is committed to excellence. This home offers 4 PM check-ins and departures by 10AM.
Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.
This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with smart doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. There isn't any interior cameras.
Absolutely no pets nor smoking or vaping allowed on this property. We also don't allow any outside guests other than those staying at the property.

The outdoor space, decks, pool, grill, chairs, umbrella’s ere really great! We lived outside most of the time and really enjoyed our beach location and the house amenities.

The property was clean at check-in and well equipped. The floor plan was perfect for our family of 10. The back deck and pool were awesome and the walk to the uncrowded beach was short and easy. The host communicated well.

The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the pool. The table was big enough for all of us to eat around together. Kenny was a great communicator.

We loved our stay . Updated, very clean home w everything you need and then some !Host thought of everything you need for a comfortable stay ! The Ice maker was a game changer ! We will stay again for sure !

Great house! We had 10 in our party including 4 kids. The size worked really well. We were close enough to be together when we wanted but there are several spaces where you could break away when needed. We spent most of the daytime hours at the pool which was very refreshing and comfortable. The beach was pretty quiet as there wasn’t much public access. Communication with the owner was great and I felt we were well informed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. Mealtimes were nice because we were all able to sit at the same table. I highly recommend for your next vacation!

This house was all about luxury, from the superb cleanliness, the quality of furniture, the pool, the deck, even right down to the silverware in the kitchen. I have been going to Holden Beach for 16 years, and really never found the home I would stay in again. However, this house has the ‘it’ factor I was looking for and I have already signed up for next year. The owner was very responsive and answered my questions in a timely fashion, and kudos to the cleaning team, the cleanest house I have ever stayed in by far.
