- Finding our parking garage can be tricky so _please_ read carefully!

- If you are coming from or away from downtown on Main St - The Carter will be on your right. You will turn *right* on *S Ninth St* at *Radish* (there's a large mural that says You Are Rad!)* From there, you will take the first *left* down the back alley. Continue straight past NB Goods on your right, the back of Dog Haus on your left, and Lowbar on your right. *The Carter's garage will be on your left.*

- If you are coming from *Woodland Street*, you will turn *right* at Up-Down on Mcferrin Ave *it is a one-way!*. You will turn left down the alley next to Attaboy (on your right) and *The Carter's garage will be on your right.*

- Parking is first come first serve, and ideal for compact vehicles only.

- If you have an oversized vehicle, please utilize SpotHero to find affordable, nearby parking at your own expense. We recommend reserving in advance. S Ninth St also has first come, first serve street parking, as well.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
