Bayshore Breeze is nestled in a vibrant and friendly neighborhood in Luquillo, a town renowned for its stunning beaches and authentic Puerto Rican charm. You'll be within walking distance to the famous Luquillo kiosks, offering a diverse array of local food and drink. The area is peaceful yet conveniently located, providing easy access to grocery stores, pharmacies, and local eateries. Enjoy the laid-back atmosphere and the natural beauty that surrounds this coastal community.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

This property, Bayshore Coastal Breeze, offers a comfortable and inviting living space with a distinct coastal theme. The main living area features light-colored walls and flooring, creating a bright and airy feel. There's a cozy seating arrangement with a sofa and armchairs, adorned with blue decorative pillows that complement the nautical decor, including a blue coffee table. A large flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall, and the room is decorated with various beach-themed items like coral sculptures and marine-inspired artwork.

Beyond the living room, there's a dining area with a blue table and white chairs, providing a dedicated space for meals. The rooms are equipped with ceiling fans (A7400330.jpg) and large windows with blinds, allowing for natural light and air circulation.

The bedrooms are designed for comfort. One bedroom features a double bed with a charming blue and white checkered duvet, alongside a large closet. Another room offers two twin beds with blue and white striped bedding, also adorned with blue and red pillows, and includes a window-mounted air conditioning unit for added comfort. Both bedrooms maintain the clean, bright aesthetic of the rest of the house.

Outdoors , the property boasts a private patio space. This area is equipped with a wooden outdoor dining set and a large umbrella, perfect for al fresco meals or simply relaxing under the sun. The patio is paved and surrounded by some greenery, offering a pleasant outdoor extension of the living space. The exterior of the house features a light color scheme with blue trim, reflecting the coastal environment. The property has secure metal grates on windows and doors, and is situated in a neighborhood with other residential buildings and some mature trees.

While Luquillo is a walkable town, especially to the beach and kiosks, renting a car is highly recommended for exploring the wider region of Puerto Rico. This will allow you to easily access attractions like El Yunque National Rainforest, Fajardo's bioluminescent bay, and various other beaches and towns. Taxis and ride-sharing services may be available, but are less frequent than in larger cities. Public transportation is limited.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is at 4P local time. Checkout time is at 11 AM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Please be advised any unauthorized checkout past 11 AM will have an additional cost.

We offer several paid amenities as add-on services. After the reservation, these paid amenities can be ordered through the Marketplace tab in our Guidebook. We offer packages such as early check-in, late check-out, pack-n-play travel crib, air mattress, and birthday balloons.

Our Beach Essentials only include beach towels and beach chairs.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we’ve included an Otium Starter Package in each of our properties. This package includes all the essentials you’ll need to get you started and feel right at home. You’ll find 2 large bath towels, 1 beach towel, 1 washcloth per guest, along with a hand towel per bathroom. We’ve also included mouthwash and toothpaste in each bathroom for your convenience. To keep you feeling fresh and clean, you’ll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. For your snacking pleasure, we’ve included 2 snacks per guest, along with water and 1 paper towel. We’ve also got you covered with 2 toilet papers, dish soap, and hand soap. So sit back, relax, and enjoy all the amenities that come with your stay. If you need more amenities you may purchase our Otium Replenish Package, Towel Replenish Package, and Blanket Replenish Package via our Marketplace.

Please be respectful of the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. No parties or events are allowed. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
-You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
-You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.
-You acknowledge that there is a non-refundable damage waiver fee of $25 to cover any potential incidentals during your stay.
-You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
