We loved the property! The design and quality were superb. Very comforatable beds and couches. Shower was nice and enjoyable. I would recommend booking this property to anyone visiting this area.

We had an awesome stay at Knotty Pine. Amenities were great. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio and watching the mule deer each evening. Definitely will stay again on our next trip to Williams AZ.

The house was just as wonderful as advertised. A great location for our family to set up home base for our vacation. Deron was an excellent communicator and made sure we had everything we needed. House was cozy, clean and in a quite neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable property. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is included, and a few extra considerations, like dinnerware for kids (we had a 2 year old and a 4 year old and this was quite thoughtful) as well as plenty of the necessities. Easy check in and out. Host was very responsive and had good suggestions about local area amenities.We had a wonderful stay. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

The property was very easy to access, communication with Deron was excellent, and the property is gorgeous! Very clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend and if we ever travel to Williams again, we would gladly book again!

The Knotty Pine was a great place for our family vacation. The house was clean and comfortable. The back porch and yard were an added bonus along with the roaming deer in the neighborhood. The host was welcoming and responsive and made check in and check out very easy. We enjoyed our stay!

Great trip!

The house is nicely decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our train trip to the Grand Canyon. Staying here was much more comfortable than the hotel and I am glad we found this place.

Perfect Stay in Williams!

The home was so comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and staying here was the perfect alternative to the Polar Express Experience without staying on site. The house was decorated for Christmas (which the kids loved) and everything was cabin-cozy. Couches and beds were comfortable, we will totally stay here again!

Beautiful home in a great location

This home was great for our visit to the Grand Canyon. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. The kids had a blast playing and exploring in the back yard. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

Great stay in Williams

This property is everything you need for a comfortable stay in Williams. Very clean and comfortable. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. We loved it!

Best stay

Deron is a super host. Always replied in time with very good recommendations for the stay. The house is very clean, nice furniture, and super location to get to Gran Canyon within 60 min drive.

Family getaway weekend

Our family had a great time during our stay. The Knotty Pine was beautiful, warm and comfortable with everything you needed. It is in a newer neighborhood so there is some construction going on, but you are very close to the lake and golf course.

I'm so glad you had a great time in Williams and at the Knotty Pine. Fall is such a great time to visit with the chilly weather and the leaves changing. November and December are so much fun with the Polar Express and the really cute downtown. I also look forward to the winter and skiing at Snowbowl, which is less than 1 hour away. The home was beautiful, comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. Great location for either the train ride or taking your own car to the Grand Canyon. Our host checked in with us to make sure everything was good. It was a nice break from the heat of the Valley. We look forward to booking again someday.

Awesome house in quiet neighborhood!

Very clean and comfortable house! We enjoyed cooking together in the well stocked kitchen and relaxing in the backyard around the fire. The neighborhood was very quiet and had a small lake and playground close by. Would definitely stay here again!
