Beautiful property with lots of amazing views! Very secluded and quiet. My family and I and our dogs enjoyed the land and house. The dishwasher is a bit dated and the smart TV isn't perfect but for this type of property where you want to be enjoying nature, it wasn't much of an issue. There are some wasps around the house that hung out by the doors, but none of my family or dogs got stung so they were just a minor nuisance. There were plenty of blankets, towels and dishes! I would definitely return next year!

Brought our families here for their race. It was 10 min from the ski resort. It has amazing views and plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen fits everyone comfortably. A little surprise we found on the last night was a creek and picnic table off the west side of the property. The kids loved exploring as well! Thank you for sharing it with us!

This was an exceptional stay. The house is beautiful and has everything you could need for a comfortable getaway. The views from the back patio are incredible. Our kids and dogs had so much fun exploring all the open space, and the creek running through the property made it even more relaxing. Listening to the water while taking in the scenery was so peaceful. On one side, you can see Powderhorn, and on the other, you have amazing views of the mesas.The location is perfect for exploring the Mesa area, and it’s close enough to Palisade to enjoy the wineries after a day of outdoor activities. It’s also an easy drive to Colorado National Monument, and you can stop by wineries on the way back.We were shocked at how much fun our kids had playing bumper pool. The house also has a wonderful kids’ room stocked with toys and games. We were even able to setup cornhole on the back patio and play under the lights with the fire pit going, which made the evenings especially memorable.This truly was the relaxing trip we all needed and we appreciated the opportunity to reconnect with nature. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

This is an awesome home and great for a family gathering. We especially enjoyed the common areas. The large kitchen and dining table were great for meals together. The large living room has a bumper pool/poker table in it. We enjoyed poker with the teenagers! We especially loved the large patio!! We spent every night sitting under the stars next to the fire pit. There were smores made, wine drank, cigars smoked! Very fun. We hiked and fished and paddle boarded. Our labradoodle had a cozy bed and loved being with us. We were glad he was welcome there. We love the Mesa--beautiful even in the heat of the summer, the nights are cool. The hosts were quick to help when needed and friendly-very nice people. Honestly the house needs a new dishwasher and a few odds and ends, but all in all we loved it. It was clean too!! We definitely plan to be back again!!
