Your very own 1st floor Newport apartment only a few blocks from Easton`s Beach and Downtown Newport. The space offers original character with upgraded elements. Recently refinished with original 19th century hardwoods, new appliances and subway tiled shower. Nice separation in the space allows for privacy while the open layout makes your stay enjoyable for everyone. Enjoy the outside space in your patio. Laundry, high speed internet too!

We live in town but respect your privacy, we`re always available if needed.
On top of the hill, stroll down one way to visit the beach and the other to visit downtown. Everything from groceries, coffee, brunch, liquor stores and dining all within 2 blocks.
You have a parking spot and parking on street, no parking pass necessary, and walk to everything or hail an Uber or even better one of our local pedi cab companies for a ride.
The unit has air conditioning which consists of 3 window units, 1 in each room, with a fan set up in the living area.
Parking is on street and does not require a pass or sticker. Ample parking in front and near by always. DO NOT Park in the parking lot behind the house.
