My husband and I absolutely adore Saluda and have finally found the perfect house to bring our family back to every summer! This is the perfect spot that has amazing views, is peaceful, and is about a minute away from downtown Saluda! The communication with the host was TOP TIER! We highly recommend staying here for your next vacation to Saluda!

All in all, we had a lovely time at The Escape cabin. We were 3 couples so it was very nice having our own bed and bath. The property was clean and nicely appointed, but there are a few areas that need a little attention: 1-the hot tub never really got hot. 2- the sliding door on the 3rd floor tub/shower kept coming off the track(even after maintenance came to fix), and 3-the water pressure in the primary shower was very low and floor a bit slippery when wet. The positives definitely outweighed those few negatives. For instance, the location was perfect, just minutes off the highway and just minutes to the cute Town of Saluda. Beautiful mountain views with lots of seating. Awesome fire pit with plenty of wood to burn. Comfy beds and spacious bedrooms. And great communication with Host, Ken who provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine and glasses. Nice touch for sure! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

The view was exceptionally amazing! While we were there it was warm, very cold and rainy a couple days. Sunrises were spectacular! There was a beautiful double rainbow over the Mountain View. Had a campfire a couple nights and the stars were so bright. Had a wonderful family gathering here. Would highly recommend.

The cabin offers a stunning view and is equipped with all the amenities necessary for an enjoyable time with family and friends, just 30 minutes away from Asheville.

This is a very nice property with beautiful views and everything you could want for a getaway in the mountains. Ken, the host, was extremely responsive with a couple of small questions that I had during our stay.

The house was just what we were looking for for our family casual Thanksgiving gathering. It was a quick access from the interstate and an easy check-in . It was well stocked, warm and cosy with a great view. Ken was also quick to respond to any questions - I would recommend staying here!

This was our family’s third stay and they just keep getting better. Beautiful views, cool mornings, grandkids in the hot tub, bocci ball games on the side lawn, tomahawk steak cookouts on the grill, go fish on the breakfast table, bunny and dear sightings at dinner time and hide and seek all over the place.

We had a wonderful after-Christmas stay at this well-equipped and comfortable cabin. We have stayed at many VRBOs in NC, and very few have had a gas stove and a garbage disposal. Much appreciated!There were only five of us, so we were able to spread out among the three floors. We especially loved the hot tub, and the cabin's proximity to nearby Saluda and Hendersonville. Great location!

We had a wonderful stay in Saluda! The views are absolutely stunning, and the property is well-kept and comfortable. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. We’d happily rent this home again and highly recommend it. Thank you for a great experience!

We were 3 families that stayed together very comfortably. Beds were super soft and comfortable. The location was great and there was enough room for the kids to play outside without having to worry about them falling off the side of a mountain. Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. Owner was very responsive when we needed him. I would definitely return.
