New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Follow the sun to Avon's oceanfront 18 unit Islander Condominium site. The condos are located within easy walking distance to the Avon Fishing Pier, many restaurants, and Club Hatteras. There is also supermarket access minutes down the street.

All units have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom suite has a Jacuzzi and direct access to a deck. The combination living, dining, and kitchen areas are well furnished, spacious and comfortable to provide you the necessities while you enjoy your stay in Avon. All units have furnished covered decks for that great afternoon nap. Community amenities include a private pool and private boardwalk to one of the best beaches in the outer banks. Come to the Island for your vacation.

You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically.

Please Note: As a barrier island, Hatteras is constantly changing. Beach conditions, dunes, and access points may vary due to erosion, restoration projects, weather, and other environmental factors.

Things to know:
This condo is on the second level of the Islander condominiums.

Enjoyed Our Stay

The view is amazing and the location is great. Very peaceful and quiet, condo was just as shown and clean. There are a lot stairs to get to the condo, but it was doable and we really enjoyed our stay!

We will definitely be back! Condo was well kept and supplied with everything we needed. The agency (Vacasa) was easy to work with. They followed up with answers to our emails quickly and kept us informed.

Nice location, comfortable space

The condo is a nice, comfortable space. It has a 1990's feel to it, for sure, but was clean, had what we needed, and even a view of the ocean from the end of the deck. The pool was nice a the end of the day too. Enjoyed our stay.

Family time perfect weather

Our son who resides in Ca is teaching kiteboarding great to spend time with him, condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed to eat in most of the time loved the porch and of course the view.

Great Place

The home was very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great. It was very close to the pier, restaurants, and surf shops.

Good location

Perfect for a couple or a small family. View of the ocean from the bedroom and the balcony. Easy access to the beach. But we can hear people walking on the upper level.

Island Condo in Avon NC

Perfect for a couple! Great beach access! Enjoyed being able to take advantage of sun and surf. We were too early in the season for the pool. Nice to have the deck to see the sunrise. All the convenience of home and reasonably priced!

Awesome Outer Banks Getaway

It may seem to be out of the way, but it's an awesome place to stay. Avon Calling is a small condo complex just south of the Avon pier on the Outer Banks. It's a perfect spot for those who desire to see undisturbed shorelines and quiet beaches. Great restaurants are nearby, and more populated Nags Head isn't too much up the road. The condo was great, a spacious two-bedroom, great for couples or small families. I highly recommend it to anyone who desires a great beach vacation.

Perfect size and location 👌

The location was fantastic, the weather was fabulous, even with hurricane IAN coming Vacasa let us leave Friday instead of Saturday and gave us our $ back, unheard of honestly. A group of 50 of us go to OBX every September and no other house was offered a safe departure and $ back!!! Definitely a nice little condo but Vacasa gets the 5 star in my eyes.

Avon Calling

We just finished our vacation in OBX. Avon Calling was a wonderful place to call home for the duration of our vacation. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked with cooking essentials, fresh towels, etc. The unit is also close to the pool if you need a break from the beach. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Avon.

Great beach house

Overall this was a great beach house. The boardwalk to the beach was close by and got us over the dune easily. House was clean. In house washer/dryer was very useful. Great location in Avon - short walking distance to a coffee shop, short drive or longer walk to dinner or ice cream. Very clean at check in. Kitchen had basic supplies.

Property is very dated, old furniture, old terrible mattresses, old decor and the pillows were yellow stained when we stripped the bed. Lots of unnecessary decor cluttering living spaces and shelving in bathrooms. Master bath has no room to put any of your toiletries etc. Location and amenities of property were nice.

Great location, dated appliances

We loved access to the beach, as well as the many things around the pier. The place was nice, but the appliances did have issues, stove wouldn’t turn off, and fridge wouldnt turn on for a while our first night.

Great location, beautiful sunrises

The property was very nice. The only downfall was the 45 steps to get to the 2nd floor. Especially, when moving in. But on the plus side, it was good exercise! The sunrise over the ocean from the master bedroom was beautiful!

Great experience

It was close to the beach. it's a good area to stay in. You can go 20 minutes to an hour north and get really good food or go south 15 minutes and see the Hatteras light house and go about another 15 minutes and take the ferry to Ocracoke Island. Something to keep in mind is for room 13 you have to walk up 2 flights of stairs so if you have trouble getting up stairs I wouldn't recommend it.

Loved the fact of being close to pier. Was an issue with roaches.. Did not like the fact of not having cable TV.

Nice

Overall it is a nice place. Perfect size for a family of four. It would be helpful to be able to control the temperature. We had very rainy cold days and it was cold in the house. The jet tub had debris coming out of it anytime we started it.
