We have a coffee pot and single serve Keurig with pods and local coffee grounds.In case you need a washer and dryer, you will have access to both in our unit. Other things to note: upon arrival each bed will have fresh linens and each bedroom will have a set of 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 washcloths. Also included a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, roll of paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap, kitchen & bathroom trash bags, kitchen hand towel & dishcloth.

From booking throughout stay, host was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Condo was exactly as described and was the perfect respite for our couple’s getaway. View from balcony was breathtaking, especially at sunset. There is an upper loft with bed and bath so would be great for two couples. Building does not have super dense insulation so would not recommend for those with small children as it might disturb your neighbors. We will definitely be back for another visit!

Birthday Beach Trip

We had friends visiting from out of state and wanted them to experience our love of OBX! The condo was perfect!! It was clean and spacious with breathtaking views of the sound! Check-in and check-out were great and communication was fantastic! Location is the best! It’s quiet, yet close to anything you need! We highly recommend this condo for your stay in OBX!

You could not ask for better communication with the owner. Every question/text was answered promptly. The owners have thought of almost everything. There are plenty of games, puzzles, and even several great books for rainy days. The beds were incredibly comfortable (I'd love to know what mattress is in the downstairs bedroom!), and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook meals.The walls are fairly thin, so keep that in mind if you have young or noisy children, as conversations and music carry easily.My biggest suggestion is to provide more towels and washcloths. There were only four bath towels/hand towels and four washcloths, which means doing laundry daily. Most VRBO rentals provide extras so guests don't have to spend vacation doing laundry. Only enough detergent for two loads was supplied. The cleaning company could also improve. We found crumbs on the floor and in the large beanbag chair, and there was a lingering urine-like odor near the refrigerator. The shower curtains were icky too, but thankfully, I brought cleaning supplies.This is a well-stocked condo that's great for both short and long stays. Bring extra towels (or plan to do laundry daily) and your own detergent. **Also, check drivenc.gov because Hwy 12 closes due to flooding. We were afraid that we had paid for a rental we couldn't access. I found it uneasy to think we could also get stuck there and not be able to head back north once there.

We appreciate your review and staying with us! We will share the cleaning notes with our cleaning company. As for towels, more can be rented from the cleaning company and their number is on the fridge this also includes beach and luxury towel rentals. Yes the laundry pods from our cleaning service are two to start off the stay. We do try to keep the laundry detergent container above the washer/dryer unit filled. On our last personal visit on the 4th of July there were 50 pods. We run the risk of guests taking surpluses of items so perhaps this happened. We will continue to work to make stays as best as possible! Thank you again!!!! Michelle

Great spot. Loved the place - the decor, location, etc everything was perfect. Check in and out was easy and the host was super friendly.
