Great home just minutes from beach!

This was the perfect spot for my family to stay for a last minute getaway. The home was so nice and new, we really loved the outdoor space as well!

Cons: Property was located on a dirt/sand road that had lots of pot holes, got something in my tire and had to get replaced. Entry to street and home - a lot of very old and deserted trailers. Water strong smell of sulphur or well water.Beds creek and make lots of noise, when turn over or enter and exit any bed inside. Floors inside left feet very dirty. No dishwasher Grass was knee high, very difficult to walk thru with small pups. Pros: close to everything (cute shops and restaurants) Very cute decor and space was plenty for us three, nice outdoor back patio deck w seatingPet friendly- nice inside, very family friendly. Loved the amount of appliances and kitchen fully stocked with everything. Got to check in couple hours early. Had washer dryer, lots of outdoor space with chairs and tables and outdoor shower.

Great house in great location! Loved the carport area under the house. It has a picnic table, comfy chairs, outdoor shower, beach toys, and a spray for your shoes/feet before heading up the stairs. Kitchen was stocked well and the living room furniture was comfortable. Thankful for a washer/dryer.

Last minute booking.....

Decided last minute to book a quick beach getaway! What a lovely neighborhood, with friendly locals! Just a short 2 miles away from the public beach access. Close to many local eateries, grocery store and pharmacy! Will definitely book another stay at this location!

Great home with great location

Loved the carport area under the house with the outdoor shower, spray for shoes/feet, and the chairs. House was in a great local location to go to Holden Beach and the local restaurants/stores. House was very clean and had everything needed in the kitchen plus a grill outdoors. The only drawbacks are there is no dishwasher, the water has a sulfur smell, the bunk bed really squeaks when a person moves, and we had trouble with the lock. Otherwise, we had a great time and would stay there again.

Cozy and comfy!

We booked this house for our 5th anniversary trip and we absolutely LOVED staying here! It was nestled away from the road, but a very short drive over to Holden. The house was so great! The balcony and the underneath patio were so nice to have to sit out on! The bed in the main bedroom so super soft and cozy! The couches were so comfy to relax in and the kitchen was a dream! A big plus that the tv’s were roku and we were able to catch up on our show at night! It’s also very conveniently located near a food lion and a few restaurants. We will definitely will consider staying here again!
