The condo was spacious and clean. The view was excellent. The beach was wonderful.

The condo is large with plenty of space and is very well stocked. The unit was clean, the property was beautiful and literally steps from the beach. We loved our stay here!

Our extended family stayed in another unit and there were some definite differences between the 2 experiences in your favor:-Easier check in and out (did not have to go to.off-site location for parking passes, etc)-Fewer check out responsibilties.-You notified us about the gate code change.-2 Twins verses 1 twin and trundle in one of the rooms.-Information binders were very helpful.-Closet of beach items was handy, especially the cooler. Ice packs in freezer were nice to have.Only 1 piece of constructive feedback: the door code is waaaay too long to remeber and makes entering inconvenient. Guests may be tempted to leave it unlocked when leaving for shorter times, especially for younger kids to be able to reenter.

The property itself was very well maintained, pool area very nice. However, the condo #407 was not updated and was very much out of date. The master bath particularly was terrible. The tub/shower combo was very old, had a mildew odor, stains and scuffs in the tub. The shower curtain was stained and the shower caddy had rust on it. All these things were communicated to the host and they did bring air freshener to us however, it was not at all what we expected and caused much stress to our vacation. The doors need repainted, very scuffed and scratched. The kitchen towels were stained and had a greasy feel to them. (We bought our own) Honestly, this was more like a budget friendly condo instead of a higher end condo as we are used to staying in. If you want luxury while away from home, I would look elsewhere.
