The condo itself was very nice, clean, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and it had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The building and condo both felt updated and were a great space overall.Unfortunately, the location was a major downside for us. The building is very close to a homeless shelter or community, and there were frequently people congregating, sleeping, or appearing visibly impaired along the surrounding sidewalks and streets. Because of this, we did not feel comfortable or safe walking to and from the condo, which was disappointing since being able to walk around Nashville was something we had hoped to do.Overall, the condo itself was great, but I do think future guests should be aware of the immediate surroundings when considering the location.

This is a great location that is within walking distance of all the downtown entertainment. The unit is in great condition and the host is very responsive and easy to work with. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Amazing!

The apartment is beautiful and clean. Location was convenient to walk to downtown or use scooters....which was a lot of fun! I will definitely stay here again. Two thumbs up!!

Wonderful stay!

Absolutely loved this rental, it had everything we needed, the building had friendly concierge. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony was a huge plus for having our morning coffee. There was so much room and the homey decor made it very hard to leave the rental space, we just wanted to lounge around all day! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Perfect Escape

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Ole Nashville. We thought the location was great. Easy to get to where all the action is and yet far enough away to feel like we could have quiet when we wanted it. The condo was nicely set up for all we needed.

Awesome Pace for a big group!

This place was great. We had 10 adults and there was plenty of room. Within walking distance to Broadway and other downtown activities or just a short uber. The host was super responsive as well. There are a decent amount of homeless people around but no one bothered any body so it wasn't a problem for us. Thanks.

Amazing apartment

Fabulous apartment. Really clean and well equipped. Lovely balcony & lots of light. Location easy access to freeways & walking distance to all Nashville attractions. Immediate area around a little run down, although didn't feel unsafe.

It was a beautiful property, perfect for the weekend. We had difficulties hooking up our streaming services to the tv but thats not what we there fore

Nashville Visit

The place itself was really awesome — close to broadway, very clean, and great for a group to stay in for a short while. The host was incredibly responsive whenever I messaged. My only problem was that the direct surroundings of the place was kind of sketchy. My group had multiple homeless people threaten us outside the property as we walked to broadway. We were a large group of guys so I never felt too unsafe, but definitely something to note. Overall though, great place and stay!

Good girls weekend getaway

Went to visit Nashville with friends. Beautiful apartment, comfortable bedding. Excellent outside area on our own porch. It is a block away from several homeless shelters with members outside for most of the day/ night. They were not an issue for us, but might be for others. Nice gym downstairs with basic weights. Easy 10 min walk to the Gulch shops and restaurants. The latch app to get into any space is easy to use, but proved confusing for a few people in our group.

I could not find anywhere on the website to send a private email to the Owner so I will note it here. BEAUTIFUL Condo and worked perfectly for our family. There is a very bad sewer smell in the downstairs bathroom that is constant and will not go away after running water in the sinks and bathtub. When you flush the toilets (both upstairs and downstairs) the water gurgles in the bathtubs. Just wanted to let you know so you can get it repaired.

Good stay a few tweaks would make perfect

Overall great apartment. A few minor issues: showers curtain in upstairs bathroom moldy. Replace shower curtain. There should be a lamp of sorts on the living room. The overhead lights are too intense for late in the evening. Baseboards need to be dusted. They were so dusty and covered in dust, looked like hadn't been cleaned in a year or more. Washing machine pods were a nice bonus! Usually you have to provide yourself. Beach towels were also a bonus! I saw other guests using regular white apartment towels. Maybe put a few kid friendly ideas on the what to do book. Not everyone comes for bachelor parties :). Loved the guest book. We got a few good recommendations out of it!! Overall great experience!

Great location, very clean, great communication, and the entire process was so smooth. The only knock was that parking was limited so I didn’t want to move my car when I found a spot. I just ubered or walked everywhere which was still convenient. Highly recommend staying here.
