Family owned since 1974, this 2 bedroom deluxe condominium has unobstructed views of the spectacular Sierra Nevada Mountains and overlooks a beautiful, nature-filled meadow. Our warm, spacious, comfortable home, has a fully stocked kitchen, big screen TV. wood burning fireplace and dining area that seats 10 people. The upstairs deck has plenty of wood for the winter and a BBQ for grilling. This is a precious jewel nestled in the mountains of the Sierras. This is a premier Snowcreek Property.

The condo was nice and spacious. It is an older unit but kept up very well. The views from the balcony were amazing especially at night, you could see lots of stars. The creek behind the condo was really peaceful. Lots of grass and vegetation. Very quiet neighborhood and it was close to all kinds of restaurants and lakes.

If you are looking for a sterile, corporate property-managed placed to stay, this isn't it. This is, instead, a cozy condo that reminds you of your childhood home. It is well-equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms, with a handy number of chairs in the dining and living rooms. The view in the back is special. There's a little creek (perfect for young kids), meadows, and mountain ranges to fill your eyes. We'd stay again.

The location is ideal for summer activities. Walkable to the paved path that routes through Mammoth, to the playground and rec center that is great for kids of all ages, to the grocery store, several small good restaurants, and of course the small stream where you can fish. The condo itself is well maintained and comfortable. It is in the older section of snow creek, and the condo has been minimally updated, but it’s not lacking for anything. A good addition would be a ceiling fan or a ground floor fan for the upstairs loft. Overall a great place for a family of four or five. Owner was wonderful.

Great place to stay. Clean and has everything you need. Perfect location with beautiful views. Saw lots of wildlife, mostly coyotes prancing in the snow while I was out walking around the property and we saw one late night while gazing at stars off the balcony. It was a beautiful site to see them in the mountains. I was there with family, including kids, the kitchen was well supplied making it possible to make elaborate meals and feel like home away from home. Would stay there again 100%.

Location is great- Peaceful, and access to the meadow trail- awesome! Condo had all of the essentials and was clean! Beds were really comfortable !!!

Great family spot with dog

We enjoyed our time in the condo. Choices are limited when you want to bring your dog and everyone had a great time. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Large condo with amazing views / location

Stayed with wife and in-laws, had a wonderful few nights there. Great location and the condo has incredible views of meadow and mountains. Easy to get to any of the Mammoth lodges for ski/snowboarding as well as the village, stores, etc. Thanks!

Beautiful Location and community

Place lived up to its Million dollar view statement. The owner Bob was excellent at communicating as my email was down and I needed to have access. Property was pet friendly and very comfortable. Loved it there and will definitely go back.

Relaxing!

We had a great relaxing family visit and could bring the pups. Check in was easy the place was very comfortable and well stocked for cooking in as going out was not as much fun nowadays.

Perfect Location!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. We very much enjoyed its million dollar view! We enjoyed walking out the back door to walk along the meadow with it’s beautiful stream. We enjoyed the many different walks from the condo and of course the many nearby hikes.

The views are fantastic. It’s a unit that’s on the outskirts of the village so it’s private. We’ll rent again when we return.

Kind family, property needs fixing

Location and host were wonderful. The property..not so much. It needs updating and there were several appliances not working (dryer, stove, fridge doesn't seal). The space was awk award my placed and not suitable for more then two couples and maybe children. Also parking was a bit tricker and further than expected. We so appreciated the host..he was communicative and known amongst the community. I would go back to mammoth and the location but wouldn't stay in this rental again.

The perfect winter wonderland vacation during a Blizzard

The VRBO: Completely fabulous, especially because it's dog friendly! The 1st floor bedrooms are cozy, I'm happy to report the beds are comfortable, the entire place is spacious, bathrooms are spotless. They provide you with everything you could ever need during your stay. The decorations & aesthetic of the place makes you feel at home and like what you would see in a Christmas lifetime movie. Regular cell phone reception is surprisingly great at this location & the WiFi is strong. TV has Hulu & Netflix, there's a load of firewood for you to burn, lots of kitchenware that makes you feel like you're in a chef's kitchen, a dining table to sit at to talk about the day, heating was perfect & never an issue. The loft was surprisingly cozy. It's a 5min drive to the village. I mean the place is basically perfect. Timing: Martin Luther King weekend. This was just after they shut down the highways when mammoth was dumped on. I've been to Mammoth during it's snowiest blizzards & driest days during this holiday weekend since we go every year, but THIS was the most snow I've ever witnessed during this weekend. The location: Absolutely gorgeous in the winter. Overlooks a snowy meadow where you will find foxes & birds roaming through in the morning. Parking is plentiful & just a short walk to the actual door. Just be sure to bring a shovel & a brush to scrape & dig your vehicle out of the snow if it's actively snowing overnight or you're caught in a blizzard. They typically plow the road & parking lot, but if you're staying during a holiday it's possible the plow won't happen until later in the morning/afternoon which may cause your vehicle to be trapped in the snow. Our truck was buried under 3 feet of snow, no amount of shoveling could get us out & it only took the snow plowers machine to do it. The host: Bob is truly a gem. When we were caught in the middle of a blizzard during checkout, he showed us the most genuine hospitality I've ever experienced (completely rare in this realm of vrbo hosts & even hotels). He went above & beyond to prioritize our safety checking in on us to make sure we made it out & home safely. His kindness alone during this experience would have me re-booking my next trip with him. Thank you so much Bob! We look forward to our next stay!

A wonderful place! The check-in was easy, the condo was very clean, and the view of the meadow and mountains is great. The condo has a comfortable feel and a kitchen well stocked with everything needed to cook, which made coming back after a day out relaxing and enjoyable. We've stayed in Mammoth several times during the summer and really like the location of Snowcreek, and would definitely stay here again!
