One of a kind, renovated waterfront 3 Bedroom 2 bath house with Private Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Boat Dock/Lift with extraordinary water views from every room. Enjoy Dolphin & Manatee from your Pool & Spa as they play and Bald Eagles & Osprey soaring overhead, these are ordinary everyday experiences here. When it comes to entertaining this home, sitting on under 1 acre of landscaped/irrigated lawn has few rivals with all it offers. This house is all about easy waterfront vacation. It has everything from 200' concrete seawall with full sidewalk cap, to the 10,000lb. boat lift. Dock offers Trex decking, lights, water, electric, & fish cleaning station. Sailboat water to the Intracoastal and on to the Gulf. Bring your fishing poles, or just enjoy picturesque sunrises while sipping coffee on your private dock. Fish, or just relax in the sun without leaving your private escape!
The house located near the ocean. Famous Manasota Beach is less than 2 miles: 5 minutes driving or 10 minutes biking.

Absolutely wonderful home away from home

Our whole experience staying here was so enjoyable. We love the house. Its very obvious the owners take great pride in maintaining it and they are very nice to speak with. The view was so relaxing. Many times you could see the manatees swim by and it was just a short kayak paddle to see where they hang out. Sometimes in the evening you could see the dolphins come in to feed. The other direction was just a short paddle out to the open bay. This is a great neighborhood to go for walks or ride your bike which we did a lot of. It’s not that far to ride your bike to the beach or your minutes from it in the car. This is a place you truly have to experience for yourself you will not be disappointed. My tan may fade but my memories will last forever.

Beautiful house in an excellent location!!!!!

This property sits on a canal with views of the water from every room. Watching sunrises and sunsets is something else here. The house itself is in a mint condition. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Pool was a big plus. Manasota beach and Venice is only about 10 minutes away by car so this was a perfect location for us.

Fantastic vacation home in an unbelievable setting

We have rented this property for the last two winters. We liked the location so well that we bought a home in the same area, otherwise we would have rented this home again. The home is comfortable, clean and well maintained. The view is unbelievable at sunset. Most days we would see manatees and often dolphins. At sunset the birds fly in formations over the house and down the canal to the rookery. It's a great show.

The best vacation! Can't wait to go there again!

We stayed for two weeks at the end of August and this had to be our best vacation yet. The pool was great; clean and warm. My young children learned how to swim using the pool during this stay. Now, how cool is that? I loved fishing from the dock while watching manatees and dolphins come in and out of the canal. The sunsets and sunrises over the water are just stunning. They make great screensavers for my phone. The beaches are all close by. Manasota Key beach is only 5 minutes away and is the best place to look for the shark teeth. The famous Siesta Key beach in Sarasota is only 30 minutes away and there are 6 or so other great beaches in between. One of our favorites is the Gasparilla Island with it's beautiful views and secluded beaches. We found a ton of sand dollars there this year. We drove out to Orlando and to Ichetucknee Springs State Park where we tubed down a crystal clear river while watching turtles, fish jumping and other Florida wildlife. What can I say? This property in Englewood is our favorite spot to spend a summer vacation. It is convenient, meticulously maintained and super clean. It is nice enough to just stay there and not go anywhere. Our family can't wait to go there again.
