Welcome to Conifer Cottage—a charming one-bedroom retreat tucked just one block off Elkhorn Avenue, yet peacefully set back on a quiet hillside for privacy and tranquility. This historic Estes Park cabin blends original character with thoughtful updates, creating a warm and inviting escape with true mountain charm.



Inside, you’ll find a bright and comfortable living space, fully equipped kitchen, and a delightful bonus sunroom—the perfect spot to relax with a book, sip your morning coffee, or simply soak in the natural light. French glass doors open from the bedroom to the sunroom, adding a luxurious touch to this cozy hideaway. The cottage also features a washer and dryer for your convenience.



Step outside onto the newly added, expansive back deck and take in the beautiful mountain views. From sunrise to stargazing, this private outdoor space is ideal for enjoying crisp mountain air, peaceful mornings, and evening wine with a breathtaking backdrop.



Located just a short stroll from Estes Park’s charming shops, restaurants, bars, and the scenic Riverwalk, you’ll have easy access to the best of downtown while still enjoying a quiet residential setting. In the summer months, hop on the free town shuttle to explore Rocky Mountain National Park and surrounding attractions without the drive.

* Like most homes in our beautiful mountain town, this home does not have central air conditioning. Instead, enjoy the refreshing mountain breezes by opening the windows and screen doors, and take advantage of the provided ceiling and floor fans to keep the home comfortable throughout your stay.

* This property has a single camera that scans the driveway entry and staircase for added property/guest security.

* Winter Months Note: Please be aware that during the winter months, weather is extremely unpredictable in Estes Park. We strongly advise that guests use a 4WD or AWD vehicle to reach this property and safely navigate Estes Park.

This house was very cute and very close to town. We enjoyed our stay and saw a bear in the side yard.

Great place, great location and very safe. Easy walk to Main Street. It got a little hot the day we were there and I wish they had AC.

Host is very communicative. The property is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It has off street parking. But the bathroom is pretty cramped and awkward. The property doesn’t have a/c and we got pretty warm at night. They did have extra fans to setup though.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was cute, cozy and included all of the essentials. This is an older house with some very interesting and cool features. I loved the unique doors! The comfy chairs in the sun room with windows looking at the mountains were used every day. We loved that the downtown area is easily walkable from the house. There are many restaurants nearby. The only drawback is that there is no AC, but there are plenty of fans and most of the time this was not a problem. Trent was very helpful and even reached out to inform us of the need to reserve entrance to RMNP. The house was clean, communication was A! If we are back in the area, we will definitely stay here again.
