Linens need update

Could be a 4 or 5 star! Linens need update! Sheets in guest room felt like thin plastic. Our guests shortened their stay to 1 night. King size bed was lumpy on one side so not comfortable. 1 bath towel per person was not enough for 1 week. Good news, kitchen had everything we needed and rest of the condo was comfortable.

Gem of a location

My mom and I took my daughters to Florida for a long weekend. I wanted something on the water and found this HUGE condo. It was perfect. The picture's do not do it justice at all. Theres a king sized bed in one bedroom with a balcony that overlooks the water. It’s a side balcony so it’s not a huge view, but it was perfect for my daughters to take lots of pictures of the sunset. The other bedroom has a queen size bed and large closet with lots of drawer space in the dressers. There is a pullout couch in the living room and another couch. The living area is ginormous with a large table and chairs and more seating at the counter. You have lots of pots and pans and silverware and other cooking items. There is another huge balcony in the front that wraps around to the side. There’s plenty seating outside for everyone to enjoy the fresh air and you have a nice view of the pool while the kids swim, you can be reading a book or whatever on that balcony. The closet on the balcony has beach chairs and toys, which was great. If you wanna walk across the street for coffee, there is a little French café that has wonderful croissants very near. The best part is that the beach is just a quick ride down the elevator or a flight of stairs and walk out the back everyone at the complex was super friendly, including the maintenance man who was super helpful.

Moe's place

I’ve stayed at this property quite a few times now. It has always been clean and well appointed with everything you would need for a beach vacation. It’s always nice to get back to Indian Shores with its nice restaurants and beautiful beaches. We will come back again. The owner is always a call away to answer your questions.

Family getaway

My wife and I traveled from Augusta , GA to visit with our daughter and son in law Tampa, FL. We were lucky enough to find this condo for 4 nights. What a great condo. Clean, updated, well cared for and in a great location. Beautiful views of the swimming pool and the beach and ocean. I highly recommend this condo and I certainly would stay again. Thanks for everything to the owner and the property staff.

Beach getaway

We enjoyed our stay! The area was very nice and quiet! The view was beautiful! Had one little hiccup but the owner was quick to take care of the situation! We appreciated his timely response!

Moe’s Place

The condominium was beautiful. Had everything we needed. Very clean. Two balconies was spectacular for viewing ocean and pool. We would recommend this to all thinking about staying in Indian Shores.

Great Getaway

Clean and relaxing property in a location that is conveniently located near groceries, restaurants, and other amenities. It was perfect for a weeklong getaway with my spouse. Highly recommended.

Great Beach Condo

This condo offers the perfect beach location. Just steps from the beach with several bars and restaurants in walking/trolley distance. The two balconies offer sunrise and sunset views and the spacious kitchen, dining, living room and two bedrooms provide plenty of space to hang out. Would definitely stay here again.

Unexpected surprise.

Location was great. It was across from a park and overlooking the pool on the east and we could look out west and see the bay. Condo location in the complex was perfect. The cleanliness upon our arrival was questionable. It was a miscommunication with the house keeping. Issues were corrected.

Girls trip

Great trip with great weather in beautiful Indian shores. Place was very clean and comfortable and we especially liked three separate balconies, one with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. Were able to sit on this balcony and enjoy the gorgeous Clearwater sunsets. Our host Kevin was very helpful in restaurant recommendations and quickly responded to all our inquiries. We would definitely chose to stay here again.

Absolutely Awesome Time

This was our second time at this condo and we had a blast! They had updated the kitchen and it was beautiful! Everything is beautiful in the condo and I love the master bathroom view of the ocean! Kevin is a wonderful host and is very responsive as well! Don't miss out on this condo!

Great spot!

This is a great spot if you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway. Condo is well furnished with a spacious living room/kitchen, and lots of balcony space as well. Steps to the beach! The host was super communicative with questions before and during the stay, and made us feel very welcome. One tip: Be sure to bring your own shampoo/conditioner as none was provided (despite the mention of "complimentary toiletries" in the description).

Plenty of outdoor space! 3 balconies!

Break from winter

Spacious unit with updated kitchen and bathroom s, at the beach. Ocean view from primary bedroom terrace and livingroom terrace overlooked a well maintained pool. Onsite garage parking. Walked to restaurants/bars, gift shops and bird sanctuary.

Reunion

Very nice condo; roomy; very well stocked with everything we could need, great kitchen. Appreciated the extra beach towels and beach chairs in balcony storage. Beds were very comfortable. The two balconies are terrific, loved our morning coffee with perfect beach and Gulf views. Terrific location for us; great coffee and quick shopping, dinner location within 1/2 mile walking. Would definitely use this location again.

Awesome Getaway

We had an awesome stay in our condo and the accommodations were spectacular. The balcony view was beautiful and we sat and listened to the ocean at night. Kevin was great at communication and ensured all of our needs were met. It was an awesome getaway and we hope to return!

Great property!

Very relaxing. Easy access to beach. We didn’t need the beach equipment because it came with car rental but would have been handy otherwise. Only negative is the tight spot where the parking spot is located. But otherwise 5 star all the way. Will stay here again.

Great location and views

The condo was clean and well stocked for our family of 5. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, tubes and sand toys) in the balcony closet. The wraparound balcony on the east and separate balcony on the west provided excellent views. Kevin was easy to communicate with by email and we had no issues during our stay. Skip checking in with April upon arrival; it is not necessary as she works for another rental company that manages other rentals in this complex (and she isn’t pleasant).
