The condo was great! Right across the beach with easy access! We enjoyed the multiple pools on the property. Hosts were great. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues!

The room itself would have been ok except the AC was out. Understandable, breakdowns happen. They provided portable units in each bedroom but they didnt do a very good job of cooling. They tripped the breakers so they were not on when we first arrived, but maintenance came and fixed that issue. The condo was not super clean, also understandable since maintenance had likely been in and out since the cleaners had been there. There was a broken toilet paper holder and the transitions in the flooring were loose, which were taped down after we brought it to their attention. The couch and rug were damp, maybe from humidity because of no AC? We ended up having to put everyone in the two bedrooms that night to stay cool-ish, so some of us were sleeping on the floors. Also, they had put a sticker over a patched wall hole in the master bedroom.. ? I feel like the room could use some work, regardless of the AC situation. Thankfully a room opened up the 2nd day and we were moved.

The maintenance issues you mentioned—the broken toilet paper holder, loose flooring transitions, and damp furnishings—are all things we should have addressed proactively before your arrival. We're glad we could move you to a better room the next day, and I'm thankful our team was responsive once you flagged these concerns. We truly appreciate your patience during an imperfect stay, and we'll use your experience to improve how we prepare our units going forward.

Everything is outdated and not well kept. Couch is stained, mattress in guest bedroom in poor shape(you sink all the way to bed spring), Appliances don’t work correctly. Oven smokes behind eyes when cooking. Microwave doesn’t work well. Outdoor furniture paint peels off and sticks to you when you use, seat pads stained. Very little items to use to cook/eat with. Dishes dirty upon arrival including silverware/plates. Elevators don’t keepup with building volume. Carpet stained outside of unit and throughout building.
