The elevators were terrible. 2 of them broke the entire trip. Waited in excess of 30-45 min sometimes to get to our room. Front desk were very rude. Forgot a parking pass and had to get another and they acted like I was putting them out because they had to print another. Other then these two issues the stay was good. However when you wait 30-45 min to get to your room it ruins the whole trip. Getting elevators fixed is not that big of a deal.

It was mostly as pictured. When we arrived the closet door was off the hinges and laid against the wall and there was a place on the ceiling that was peeling. The host was very responsive and kind. The pool area was great and the beach access was easy to use and find. Overall we had a great experience!

The unit was big and spacious, the amenities were good but it’s about 5 mins walk from the beach! The worst part is the queue for the elevator it took us 1 hr to get on an elevator during check in and check out! In odd times it took an average of 15 mins! The floor was little dirty that we had to wear flip flops all the time!

Family Get a way

We were very pleased with everything. From the location to the food spots, Awesome!!!! Beach access Awesome!!!! Most definitely will be returning.

Amazingly fun

We had so much fun on our mini vacation at Lake Wharfin. Our penthouse was very spacious and comfortable. Everyone had their own bed to sleep in and the 3 full bathrooms was a plus so the line for a shower wasn't long at all. A huge big thanks for hosting us.

Great location, good amount of space, & great air conditioning, but numerous issues. The unit was not clean. The master bathroom shower has a significant amount of mildew, and the clear shower liner in another bathroom was also gross. There were used Band-Aids on the bedside table, dirty & damaged baseboards and a Q-tip left on the floor, bleach stains on mismatched towels & washcloths, and the floor in the laundry closet was very dirty. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms operates only when the light was on, so it couldn’t be used at night. The photographs are misleading. The couch is dirty, lamp shades are dented, and the decorations are beat up. The patio space is very large and a great addition to the space, but the furnishings are limited, and the patio chair cushions are very worn. The unit provided only three hand towels total and 1 towel per person. The dryer required multiple cycles & time to dry a single small load. There aren’t any bath mats or bath rugs. The tower/tub bathrooms are only able to be used as showers, which is inconvenient for families with young children. There is damage from a leak on the ceiling in the living room. The unit accommodates 10 people, but there’s only 5 forks and 1 spoon. Are people supposed to take turns eating? There’s only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. I’ve never stayed anywhere that didn’t provide additional toilet paper especially if you have 10 people staying. Unit owner responded to emails quickly & courteously.

I have since changed out the housekeeping vendor that services my property and the new one has top standards that comply with my own to make sure all my guests are supported throughout their stay! EXCELLENT

My family and I had the best time at the Laketown Wharf and we are definitely going to be returning to this same condo or any other unit managed by Aneliya. The kids below 10, teens, and adults have left with something to brag about. Condo was spacious enough for 10 of us, and clean. Our host communicated with us every step of the way since booking till checkout. We will be back!

Amazing view

Unit was very beautiful. We were a family of 10 And the dryer didn't work. I called on the second day there and nobody ever came to fix it. Also throughout the stay different elevators were down which was very frustrating. The unit was very spacious and we never heard any other guest.

Dirty

The bathroom toilets had not been cleaned. Floors were not mopped. We had to clean the property ourselves before we felt comfortable staying because it was so nasty. But other than that we enjoyed our stay… cleaning staff needs to do better!

Large unit. If you plan to sleep on the sleeper sofa don’t, bring an air mattress. Mattress was stained and had no mattress protector on it. Dryer didn’t produce enough heat to dry a small load and by the 5th day the whole unit went out. Service never came to fix it. Shower liner in bathroom had mold and tubs were dirty. Bed comforters had stains and wouldn’t recommend using extra pillows in closet. We had a relative step on an open safety pin in one of the closets. Overall not a clean unit and cleaners were suppose to come back out to do what they should have done before we arrived and never showed up. Way over priced for what you get or expect and don’t get. Owner was not willing to compensate for what should have been done before our arrival, as we expected a top notch condo especially from the pictures and descriptions. Good luck if you start here!

My family was not happy with this unit. This unit was not even clean when we checked in even though the reception claimed the room was ready. There was stains on sheets & comforters & a big puddle of water or odd residue on the floor in front of master bedroom. I Contacted the host & sent pictures over to let them know of our issues. They only brought sheets & cleaned up the residue on the floor, but did not bother to bring any comforters or blankets for us to sleep in. Keep in mind we were all exhausted from being on the road for 12 hours & was ready to relax when we got there. They wanted us to wash the comforters & use the “ alternative blankets they had.” There wasn’t anything. No extra blankets/comforters & WE had to wash their comforters. Which by the way, the dryer wasn’t even drying properly. Literally slept with just sheets the first night, it was awful. The ceiling had some damage & was leaking water on us while we sat on barstools. My niece found a used deodorant under a pillow on the top bunk bed & wet towels being hidden under the sink. I could just tell they don’t do proper maintenance on this unit nor cleaning. Also, this wasn’t a big deal to me but with others they did complain they did not have any streaming services on TV’s, just cable. So keep that in mind when booking. I had high expectations & was really looking forward to a nice beach trip… sucks to say I was just disappointed & frustrated the whole stay.

Family Vacation 2022

Plenty of room in the unit. Dryer either does not work or works poorly. We ran towels three times and could not get them to dry, just ended up putting them on the chairs of the balcony. Property was great, only negative was the elevators which were horrible, sometimes waiting 45 minutes for elevators-not walking 20 floors.
