We loved our stay, the views were wonderful and our host Paula was amazing and stayed in touch and was so sweet. The home was clean and beautiful and decorated so great. We loved the hot tub and the grill, we loved the nature trail and the accommodations creekside, just the BEST!! We will definitely stay again.

Very clean and efficient. Well equipped kitchen. Good view and convenient to both Cedaredge and Grand Mesa. Nice bathroom. Very good for two people.

Very quiet and pleasant location. The kitchen and rooms came stocked with anything you could need including some provided snacks and coffee.

Communicative, excellent views to see into expansive valley and mountains, great parking with close access to snowmobiling the grand mesa area, exactly as described and seen on pictures. Very comfortable bed and very neat and clean. Thanks, we will be back:)

This is a lovely walkout basement apartment under the host’s home. It’s a spacious one bedroom with a comfy living room, nice bathroom with a standup shower, a kitchen with everything you need to make meals, a washer dryer, a hot tub, covered patio with a table and little grill, and even a fire pit area. The property has a cute little minigolf course which we didn’t get a chance to do, but would be fun to try when we come back. There is a little trail down to the creek with Adirondack chairs to relax in or a table and grill. I enjoyed the birds, the view, and the host’s dogs are friendly. This was just what my daughter and I needed to reconnected and relax. Paula is a gracious host, and the property is lovely.

The home and property were absolutely wonderful! This was exactly the relaxing getaway we needed! We enjoyed exploring the outdoors and spending time by the creek on the property. The hot tub and views were also lovely. Paula was amazing, and you can tell she has put a lot of love and energy into creating such a welcoming space. Before we even left the driveway, my kids said, "I'm going to miss this place." Thank you for the special memories! We would love to return again!

Michelle and her family were great guests. They were quiet, very clean and respectful. Enjoyed hearing the sound of the children’s laughter. Would love to have them back anytime!

We wanted to go somewhere cooler and out of town to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and this could not have been a more perfect spot to do so! The hot tub was the biggest reason we decided on this location. Plus, it was so close to The Mesa and it’s so beautiful this time of year! We had such a good time! 10/10 would recommend.

Great stay at a wonderful location. The apartment was clean, thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. Paula is an excellent host, responds quickly, and goes the extra mile. I would absolutely stay here again.
