The setting feels peaceful and removed, yet you are just minutes from Basalt, Carbondale, and Highway 82 for exploring Aspen, Snowmass, and beyond. The neighborhood is known for its wildlife, wide-open views, and quiet evenings — it is common to see elk, deer, and wild turkeys right outside the house. We love how it offers a true Colorado feel without sacrificing convenience.
