Introducing Beach Morning, a stunning new-construction vacation home located in the brand-new beachfront community of Ocean Edge in Orange Beach. Professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, this beautifully designed coastal retreat offers modern style, luxury finishes, and the convenience of a private community boardwalk and pool just steps from the sand.
Beach Morning features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area that accommodates seven guests plus two at the breakfast bar, and an inviting open-concept living space ideal for gathering with friends and family. Step onto the front porch and enjoy indirect Gulf views of the sugar-white beaches and clear blue waters the Alabama Gulf Coast is known for.
Bedroom Layout:
First Floor: Two bedrooms, both with king beds and private baths.
Second Floor: One bedroom with a king bed and one with two sets of built-in bunks, ideal for children or teens.
Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV. The living room features a large TV and seating for movie nights or game days.
Guests enjoy exclusive access to Ocean Edge's private boardwalk that spans over 300 feet of pristine beach, as well as convenient EV (electric vehicle) charging stations available at each home in the community. The property allows parking for up to four vehicles in the carport.
Important Notes:
· Professionally cleaned with Enhanced Cleaning Protocol and full linen turnover after each stay
· No pets and no smoking permitted
· Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult 25 or older for the duration of the stay
· Winter monthly guests are welcome December 01 – March 01

Great property. Quick communication. Missing a few comforts from home: 1 ply toilet paper, very thin blankets (suggest bringing your own throw), and drafty bathrooms. Would stay here again maybe with a smaller number of people.

The blankets are selected with the climate in this area in mind, though we understand guests have different preferences and may enjoy an additional throw. We really loved our home away from home. The kitchen was very well equipped and there is a separate ice maker which would make it really nice for larger groups. Our beach area was great and not crowded at all. We did not use the pool as it’s really nothing to write home about! The location is perfect for getting around to shops and grocery stores. The only suggestion I could make would be an outdoor shower in the parking area. We used the garden hose and the outdoor shower outside the pool, but most beach houses I have stayed at previously do provide and I closed outdoor shower. Not a deal breaker as this house is truly exceptional!
