We definitely had a great experience! We had a few issues during the first part of our arrival, but they were fixed right away after we contacted the host. The price was great, and the pool behind the house was amazing. The walking area around the pool is very relaxing, and the whole area is absolutely beautiful for a vacation. You can bike, walk, and enjoy the scenery everywhere around you. The distance to the beach is beautiful and not too far at all.I definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to vacation in the 30A area!

Seacreast Heaven

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely home in the Seacrest beach area. The pool is just out the back door and the beach was within walking distance. Several shops were close enough as well to not have to drive. The house was well equipped and clean. Our family (4 adults and 2 children) were pleased with the accommodations and would book again. Communication with Marriott was incredible and helpful - we booked thru Marriott Homes & Villas - and yes, you get the points!!

We have stayed at the Seacrest Beach area several times as a family. While this property was very clean, overall this home was very disappointing in regard to the quality of the home/interior in relation to the price that we paid to stay here. The stairs to enter the property had electrical tape holding down the stone tiles on 6 of the stairs and was missing a stone tile on one stair. The interior furniture was very worn especially the dining room table/chairs. There was uneven floor in the kitchen and lifting laminate flooring. 2 of 6 bikes had flat tires from age/rot, which I do want to state were replaced by the owners on day 3 of our stay which we were thankful for. Overall this was not the quality of home that we have had previous experiences with at the Seacrest complex. Again this experience/review is relative to cost of stay and had we paid much less for this home, I would have expected this quality.

Great time with the family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time! My family consists of myself (42yrs old) my wife (37yrs old) our daughters (8yrs and 7yrs old) and my mother (63yrs old). We enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere, the proximity of the rental to shopping, restaurants, the beach, and the pool. There was so much to do and we could walk to virtually everything!! The rental itself was perfect for our stay. Plenty of sand toys, beach chairs, bikes, beach umbrellas, etc. We really didn’t need to bring a thing with us! We look forward to coming back again some day!

Ap great property right next to the pool with room for all. Several bikes included though several of them need air in tire and other repairs. New washer and dryer that worked well. A cozy downstairs suite including bedroom, living room, kitchen and small bathroom. It also has a hide a bed if needed. Balconies and patios with BBQ were a nice touch. I would recommend this property!
