We had a wonderful stay. The home is very clean and quiet. Very close to downtown Ashland. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. The rental was very clean, well-appointed, and quiet. The location was fantastic - such a short walking distance to downtown. We would absolutely stay here again.

I highly recommend staying here! The bungalow is on a quiet street, yet just a few minutes walk to Lithia Park and downtown shops and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is in good working order. I will definitely stay here again!

This lovely little house was absolutely perfect for my mom and I. Very easy access to downtown Ashland, Lithia Park and the Oregon Shakespeare Theater. The outside back patio is lovely and a nice, quiet place to relax. And the communication with the hosts was excellent.

Lovely unit with a blissful patio off the bedroom. Great kitchen for cooking. We were able to park the car and see Ashland on foot. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Place. So close to downtown Ashland. The bungalow was beautifully appointed with everything you need for a visit. The hosts were welcoming and responsive. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely stay here again our our next visit.

I often attend the Oregon Shakespeare Festival in Ashland and will endeavor to stay at this property consistently from now on. The location is excellent - quiet street just a few blocks from Lithia Park and an easy stroll to the theaters. The kitchen has everything required for cooking and the hosts stocked it with Keurig cups, ground coffee, bottled water, and a few delicious chocolates. So thoughtful! The bed is more comfortable than my mattress at home and the patio provides a soothing, calm space for reading and relaxing. Highly recommend!

I’m so thankful for all the little details that Tim and Becky thought of. The welcome wine, the cozy blanket, the comfortable bed with different options of pillows, two different types of coffee, quality hand and body lotion … they just thought of all the little details to make my stay nice and comfortable. The location is so close to get to everything in town and very safe. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

This was our first visit to Ashland and it was made all the better by our stay at the Carriage House. Becky and Tim made us feel very welcome at this cozy little place that is well set up, including one of the best appointed kitchens we've encountered at a rental. The bed has a quality mattress which is quite firm, and the patio off the bedroom manages to feel somewhat secluded despite being close to the neighbors. The easy walk to the downtown area and Lithia Park meant there were days the car wasn't even needed. We will definitely check if it's available on future trips.

This cottage is the perfect place to stay in Ashland, excellent location, parking, quiet, comfortable and impeccably clean. It is a step above the standard rental with all the additional amenities, making it feel like home. There is not one thing that I would change about this property. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. Thank you for sharing this beautiful carriage house Becky and Tim!
