Topaz 808 Locates in Phase 1
High end luxury in this three bedroom end unit at Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort Views to the ocean, as well is the golf course. Private balcony for the ensuite bedroom. The Resort boasts the best mix of amenities, right along Sandy Beach. Enjoy popular dining options at on-site La Maria, and Citron Restaurants. There is Rocky Points best coffee shop, Coffee point right on-site as well. There is under ground parking, fiber optic Wifi, full gym, and convenience store too. Near the beach are fun water options like a lozy river, and aquarium bar, large negative edge pools, and more intimate pools for a relaxed feeling too.

Topaz 808 presents three bedroom, all set in luxurious furnishings. The main room has multiple sliding glass doors, allowing the views and a lot of light to stream in. There is a raised dining table for six here. The living room den has two leather sofas and a TV. Bar stools ling the massive kitchen counter. Int eh kitchen you find everything that any aspiring chef could want.

The main bedroom has a king sized bed, an attached bathroom with shower and separate bathtub. The second bedroom serves as a private suite, and has its own bath with incredible views! Bedroom three has a 2 full beds, closet, and TV.

Las Palomas is the largest Resort in Rocky Point, offering up many on-site options for enjoying your stay. Fill your days taking in the many swimming pools, the fine restaurants, swim bar, lazy river, and much more. Outstanding amenities set Las Palomas apart from the rest. The Resort makes the most of its location on Rocky Points most popular beach, placing its Links golf course one the sand dunes by the sea.

Warning, this property is handled by CasaGo. That means, you have to check in at their office not Las Palomas. This was not communicated to us. This means you can't use the wrist band to pay for food or drinks nor can you use the resorts pool towels. We also did not know that CasaGo closed at 5pm and we barely made it to check in before they closed. The property itself was very nice. We had a couple of issues. The A/C in the front room with the king bed did not work. Also disappointed that they did not provide fresh bath towels at all during our stay.

Our confirmation letter does include details noting that Casago operates off-site and provides the check-in location. Our office hours are until 10:00 pm, so we’re not sure where the 5:00 pm information may have come from, but we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Regarding the A/C, we do not have a report on file, but no worries, we will have our team review this right away. We were very happy with our stay in Topaz 808. Property was as pictured, had everything you needed in the kitchen. Kitchen was very well stocked, not only had everything you expect, but also had Tupperware and baking dishes, a crockpot, a Keurig and a regular coffee pot, blender, toaster. The furniture was very comfortable. The beds were all comfortable. The property is managed by Casago, which this is our second time staying with them as the management company. They are very easy to get a hold of, communication was good. The check-in is offsite but if you follow all their directions, it’s very easy to get to and only five minutes or so from the property. There are a few things to know, they provide beach towels in the unit, but only one per person for your stay. You cannot use Las Paloma’s beach towel exchange. You also cannot charge any food or drinks to your room you pay as you go at the bars and restaurants. We did not have any issues with that, but just so you know if you haven’t used them before. I would bring extra laundry detergent if you want to wash towels or anything extra while you’re there, they provide enough for two loads. They also provide the small bottles of shampoo and soap, so not a bad idea to bring larger bottles of those. They were easy to get a hold of if we needed anything replenished, but they are offsite so sometimes might be next day for drop off. We would definitely stay here again

We had issues with being able to get connected to the main TV. It was in the evening. Casago came out the next morning and hooked up a Roku stick and we were able to get on to the network then. Beautiful condo very clean up-to-date beautiful view would definitely stay there again.

We just got back from our vacation to Rocky Point. I was a little nervous after reading the reviews about the check in process and the different property management but I was so impressed! The check in location was very easy to find and so much easier than the front desk at Las Palomas. We have been down so many times and check in at the front desk can be so long. This was a breeze and so quick! I was able to call the number they gave me multiple times and they got us what we needed and answered my questions. We were not able to use the towel service but we brought our own and also had some in the unit to use. We had the best stay and will go again very soon! Casago is great to work with and made it so easy!
