3000 sq ft elegantly furnished townhouse in Amelia National on a Tom Fazio designer golf course. 3 bedrooms with 3 1/2 baths. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances and granite countertops makes entertaining a breeze. The open plan great room looks out on to the tree lined golf course. Flat screen TV's in all rooms. Bose Sounddock and entertainment system. Golf for up to 6 people each day of your stay at a reduced guest fee. Full access to clubhouse with resort-style pool, fitness center, tennis courts, playground and restaurants.

It remains our home away from home after 8 visits

Glenn and Kavita have hosted us for the past 5 years. The townhouse keeps getting better as they upgrade and make changes to what is already 5 star. The facilities are first class, be it golf/tennis/swimming/health club/ restaurant etc.. There is some much to do in Fernandina, Jacksonville, St. Augustine and southern Georgia. New visits included White Oaks Conservation and the Okefenokee Swamp. Both are a must. There were new restaurants and the expansion of Harris Teeter for fine food and wine. We will be back in October!!

Place was perfect.

We used the place for a golf trip and the house was perfect. There was easy access to the golf course on property and close to other golf courses on the island. The patio with grill outside was perfect and the amenities inside had everything we needed. Thanks again.

excellent property

This property has everything for several couples whether you play golf or not The house has lots of room for several couples The kitchen has upscale appliances and there is lots of accessories if you want to eat in and not go out every night There is a grocery store and several restaurants within 5 minutes if you don,t want to cook after a long day on the golf course or at the tennis courts The golf course is first class and a fair test for any handicap player The service is very good both at the pro shop and in the club house We look forward to returning every year as we are well looked after Any of our group would highly recommend this rental

I was so impressed with my vacation experience at the house and grounds and hope to come back soon.

I want to thank you---my experience exceeded my expectations. When I arrived at the house, I was so impressed with the warmth and beauty of the design. The furnishings were of such good taste and high quality--it felt luxurious. The rooms and beds were extremely comfortable, clean and contained everything we needed at our fingertips. The lovely kitchen opened to a welcoming living room and fireplace that provided such a nice social setting. And then we sat outside on the patio with our wine and looked out at the trees and beautiful rolling hills of the golf course. It was also so convenient to Jacksonville--a very nice area with wonderful restaurants, beautiful museum and gardens right at the water. The historic St Augustine within driving distance made for a wonderful visit. As a getaway, life doesn't get much better than the atmosphere you provided. Thank you, thank you, thank you. This is a beautiful and comfortable place for vacation and retreat from daily life

I enjoyed my stay at Amelia National thoroughly. The residence is located next to the golf course and offers quiet and beautiful views. The house is outfitted with the best of furnishings and amenities that can be offered today. In addition to all of the facilities provided at Amelia National, the location is close in proximity to Savannah and St. Augustine, as well as the charming shops and restaurants nearby. This is a perfect choice for people to relax and enjoy.

Still the best!

We return again and again. Great home and golf times are still wide open. The pool and tennis are added benefits. My wife and I met more members expanding our group down here. Glenn and Kavita remain excellent hosts. We will be back for the Shrimp Festival in May/17. Go to Four Seasons for the food and be sure to order some take out Pesto. The Savory Market is great for farm to table.

Our Summer trip

We stayed about 11 days at this beautiful home. It was very private and secluded which we enjoyed the quiet. The home was warm and inviting and our family truly enjoyed our time together there. We were minutes from the island and beach, groceries were accessible off the main road going to the home and lots of restaurants in the area. We enjoyed the beach and many other activities being near us on Amelia Island. The pool was delightful at the country club. We did not take advantage of the golf and tennis courts just because we did other activities. We would stay there again.

Beautiful Home

Home Again

Perfect!

House is beautiful and very clean. Location is great! Everything you would need/want is close by (grocery store, movie theatre, etc). Beach is about a 10 minute drive. Loved our vacation here so much!

Perfect Location for Golf & Beach Holiday

This was the perfect location for our week of golf & beach activities. YES, the house is exactly as great as it looks. During our week, we played golf four times, visited the beach for two full days, shopped at all the boutiques, ate wonderful meals, and ended every day at the beautiful pool. It was never crowded anywhere. With the shopping center just at the end of the street and Fernandina Beach a pleasant 10 min drive, this house is perfectly situated to enjoy all the amenities of Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach. Highest recommendation!!

LOOK NO FURTHER

My extended family was in Amelia for a family reunion with people staying in many locations, and we all agreed that our accommodations here were by far the best. I always appreciate dealing with good people, and Glenn and Kavita are just that; they are also efficient, accommodating, and incredibly nice people. Their home is fantastic!! It is beautifully decorated all the way around. I loved cooking on the Viking gas stove, and my husband enjoyed the gas grill. The kitchen is incredible. I did a lot of cooking and had everything I needed, and more. Everything about the home is high-end including the huge showers, separate vanities , gorgeous furniture. It is serenely quiet, beautiful view from the porch, and oh my gosh, the beds are heavenly with down pillows and comforters. We slept so well. I have rented many VRBO homes, and this is my favorite. If you come across this listing, do yourself a favor and stop looking. You will be delighted with your choice.

Excellent Once Again

My wife and I returned once again after our first visit last November. Please see that earlier review. What a spot to enjoy golf, the pool, the dining and of course the home itself situated on #10 which I finally birdied! While there take the one hour drive to St. Simons Island in Georgia. What a day trip for a Monday when the course is closed. Thanks again Kavita and Glenn. What a great spot for us Canadians to start and end our golf season. Cheers

Absolutely Perfect!

A terrific trip! Our grown kids were thrilled when they saw their accommodations for the week! The townhouse was gorgeous and we were so, so happy with everything. Enjoyed golf, the gym, the pool, and walks around the well-maintained grounds. We grilled and used the beautiful kitchen most nights, but had choices all-around if we wanted to go out. Glenn and Kavita, we will be back! Thank you!

A beautiful and peaceful getaway

This is one of the most beautiful and well-kept vacation rentals that I have ever stayed at. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet it is close to all the attractions of Amelia Island. The house is well furnished, well-equipped, very comfortable and very luxurious. We loved the open layout of the house, and all its conveniences. There was nothing more we could have wanted. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet place to stay. It's also a great place for anyone who loves golf, and the beach. The clubhouse is one that will satisfy all age-groups - with an excellent pool, tennis courts, and playgrounds. I would definitely go back again.

Trip to Amelia National

I couldn't have picked a better place for my family to spend Christmas. The house was super nice and well equipped. I would definitely go back. The arrangements were easily made with the owner being very quick to respond.

Home Sweet Home

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The house is warm and inviting in every room, especially the great room with it's high ceiling, wonderful furnishings and open access to the kitchen, dining room and patio. All the listed amenities of the house were as promised. You can walk 5 minutes to the first tee if so inclined. The pro shop was very accommodating with tee times to ensure my 'new to golf' spouse never felt pressured. The course is a lot of fun and with 5 tee blocks, it meets the expectations of every golfer regardless of ability. Every employee we met was consistently positive and very helpful. Publix is less than 5 minutes away (walkable if you want more exercise) and has everything you need in both quantity and quality. Their level of service is something we wished we had more of back home in Canada. When not using the kitchen or gas bbq (built in line to house), the restaurants in the old town on Amelia Island are plentiful. When taking a break from golf, the restaurants and stores in various Jacksonville neighborhoods are a delight as is the Saturday market 'under the bridge'. St Augustine is a short 1/2 day trip away with lots to offer. We are coming back soon to our newest home away from home.

Great Place to stay and play golf

My golf pals group of 6 stayed at this beautiful luxury townhouse the week of 10/27/14 for our annual golf trip for the 5th consecutive year. We have really enjoyed the comfort of this beautiful high end furnished unit combined with a reasonable golf package at the Fazio designed Amelia National golf course. The unit is spacious and is fully equipped to accommodate discerning travelers. Although it is very close to the beaches of Amelia Island and resturaunts, water activities and shopping in Fernandina Beach, we choose to golf and relax on the deck which is next to the 10th green. Our group has gone to many different stay and golf trips but this place is our favorite. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with high end appliances and all the gadgets needed for cooking great meals. We highly recommend this unit and will continue to come back.

Great place on a great course

This house was great! It's perfectly placed in the Amelia National Club - close to everything. The owner and manager were easy to work with and everything worked out great! If I'm going golfing on Amelia Island I'm staying here - no questions.
