Wonderful property and beautiful views of the ocean. House is very comfortable and plenty of room for group activities but also quiet spots to reflect if needed. Great location for dinners, and kitchen well appointed for group dinners.

Can’t beat the view and location. This was our second trip with college friends and we will be back. Our friend is in a wheelchair chair and in this house he can actually be somewhat independent which is hard to find. Communication was great and we had everything we needed.

We rented this as a landing spot for family attending a celebration of life in Caspar. There was great communication leading up to check in and hosts actively asked if we needed anything through our stay. The home was clean, towels and other items were easy to find. The views and outdoor sapce were amazing and helped recenter everyone.

The view is incredible! We enjoyed that. The first and second level layout was nice. The lower level/game room did not have an actual door, so anyone sleeping down there does not have complete privacy and is hard to have someone actually sleep there while everyone else has an awesome ocean view (lower level only has ground view). The 2nd level rooms all have a balcony which connects all the rooms on that level, which would be okay if there were window coverings on those bedrooms, there is not, so no true privacy in the 2nd level bedrooms, window coverings would have been nice to have the option to darken the bedrooms for sleeping. Overall, nice place, we enjoyed it.

Exceptional Coastal Property

This is truly a beautiful home and property. Lovely decor yet very cozy. Kitchen is magnificent, beds are all super comfy. The view and coastline is beyond compare. Thanks for sharing your exceptional home with us. Can't wait to come again!!!

Exceptional property. Accurate listing.

Five retired couples stayed in our group. The property was perfect for our needs. A great location between Mendocino and Fort Bragg. It was exceptionally well furnished. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was generally well stocked. The views were unsurpassed. Highly recommended.

The internet/wifi was in and out at times. The property is absolutely gorgeous..everything we needed was supplied and available! Very clean..the latest and greatest appliances!! Loved it!!

What a view!

Million dollar views, happy family reunion with 9 adults and 1 toddler. Great accessibility to Anderson Valley, Mendocino, and Fort Bragg. Ample parking, okay wi-fi (some really struggled to stay connected or when connected still couldn't make calls), happy to have shower amenities + robes, sheets were OK - not the highest quality, and overall a really lovely stay.

2/10 Terrible

Our rental was cancelled at the last minute...less than a week's notice. Our whole family was looking forward to having our reunion in Mendocino, which we have done for the last 30years. It was impossible to book another house since we are a larger group requiring multiple bedrooms. Maintenance issues are understandable but a personal explanation & apology from the host would have been appreciated.

Large beautiful oceanfront property

We all enjoyed our stay at Cantus Cove Estate. We stayed with our adult children and grandchildren. The home is beautiful and clean. The amenities and were modern with high quality. We enjoyed our time on the back deck watching the sunset. Keep in mind that the home is on a bluff so there can be a lot of wind at times at the back of the home facing the oceanfront but at the same time little wind in the front. We enjoyed our walk to the beach from the home which is about a 3/4 mile walk to Jug Handle Beach. The trail can be found on google maps and is little hidden and is nice way to walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we found all the what we needed to prepare a few meals. We definitely would love to return to the house for another stay. The property manager was also very helpful with making sure that they we had access to them if needed and sent us email / text to check if we needed anything during our stay.

Our host and this property was excellent in every way! Incredible home and in really tip top shape! The view and location is amazing. Our family thoroughly enjoyed every moment we were there.The kitchen and bedrooms/bathrooms were spotless and like we were in our own home.I can’t thank them enough for how perfect it was.Thank you!
