We really enjoyed staying here. It was easily walkable to downtown and Forsyth Park. Our favorite restaurant was Public Kitchen and Bar. There was also a really good gluten free cafe and bakery within walking distance. The only issue was the host taking 7.5 hours to reply to a text re: maintenance. Thankfully, it ended up being a non issue.

This condo was very nice, easily accessible from interstate, and within walking distance of Forsythe Park, and the Trolley. We parked in the gated parking area and used the Trolley for transportation. Everything in the condo was clean and comfortable. The beds were also comfortable. It was very easy to communicate with AvantStay. I would gladly stay here again.

The home was beautiful, was in a great location, was awesome that there was parking included off street, had everything you needed for a great stay. The only thing that we were not fans of was we thought the primary bedroom mattress was not a comfortable fit for us, however our daughter had no issues with the 2nd bedroom. I am a very lite sleeper and noticed you could hear the residents above us both mornings.

Great location. Easy walk to River street and City Market. Only complaint was the master bathroom shower and tub. Shower had a good bit of mold growing around the bottom and up the corners. The soap tray (in shower) was not clean. Tub was not clean inside. Otherwise, everything was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

The unit we stayed in was very roomy and in a great walkable neighborhood. Free parking on the street, but each unit also has a parking spot in a secure small lot. If mosquitos bother you, you might want to bring a repellant because they were swarming outside the unit’s door and made their way inside each time we entered or exited, unfortunately. Also bring your own tissues if you use them. I just thought it was weird that there wasn’t a box or two provided. Great amenity to have a washer and dryer, plus they provide detergent which was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable, pillows were great, and the place was clean. All in all, I give this place a 9 out of 10.
