This lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse is located in the heart of Harbour Town. Decorated in bright, whimsical colors this villa is sure to please! This end unit townhouse with spectacular marsh views offers plenty of privacy. The main living level hosts the kitchen, dining area, living area, as well as a bedroom outfitted with a queen bed and a twin bed. This bedroom accesses the bathroom located in the hall. Upstairs on the second level are 2 additional bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms is outfitted with king bedding and en-suite baths.

Access to the back patio is off the lovely dining/living area. It is the perfect spot for bird watching and enjoying the afternoon sun and grilling out on the gas grill. This villa is ideal for families and golf groups.

Beginning on May 5, 2025, two weeks after the finish of this year’s RBC Heritage, the world-famous, Pete Dye-designed Harbour Town Golf Links will close for an extensive restoration project. This project has a tentative completion date of November 2025. Views of the course may be obstructed as course maintenance will be taking place 5-7 days a week.

House on the Marsh

Loved the house and location! Everything was wonderful with one exception: the two bathrooms with tub/showers. The high side of the soaking tubs and glass enclosures made it difficult to access. Had to share the walk-in shower in the master with guests.

Perfect location and townhouse

The location was perfect for us. Easy walk to Harbour Town and about a 15 min bike ride to the beach. The townhouse was in great condition, comfortable beds, right next to the pool and beautiful marsh views. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

Great location for beach or marina especially with trolleys running regularly. Plenty of room and storage for our family of four. Had everything needed we needed. Would stay again!

5 STAR PROPERTY!!! 😃

If I could give this property more than 5 stars I would. This villa was absolutely AMAZING, from the location of the neighborhood to the location of the unit. Situated on a tranquil tidal marsh with a wide array of wildlife and stunning sunsets, yet steps away from a very nice community pool. The villa was beautifully decorated in a coastal theme and had everything our family needed and more. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the temperature of the unit remained at a constant pleasant temperature. The ice maker kept up with our needs which was a pleasant surprise and the clothes dryer was extremely efficient. I just can’t say enough positive things about this property and would not hesitate to rent it again. A true gem in Sea Pines!

Superb Sea Pines Beach Condo

This property is exactly as advertised. It is nestled next to a marsh and is steps away from the heated community pool. The beds were comfortable and clean. There was plenty of room for our family and kids. They even had beach toys for use and toys for the kids. The location was close to the beach and the Harbour Town area was a short walk away. Plenty of beach towels were also included! The check in was easy and the parking passes made it easy to access the Sea Pines Resort. There were also plenty of amenities (linens, towels, shampoo/conditioner, and cleaning supplies). 5/5, would stay here again!

Great Stay Near Harbour Town

We have stayed at a number of Stoney Creek condos over the years and this was by far our favorite. The condo is an end unit with the extended floor plan that feels very private. The view over Deer Island is great and we even had nightly visits from the resident deer population. The condo was well equipped, comfortable and clean. The Vacation Company is very responsive to any needs and did a fantastic job with our mid-stay cleaning. We highly recommend this property.

Excellent introduction to Hilton Head

We stayed at this property during the first week of May, for our first trip to the Hilton Head area, and could not have been more delighted with it. The location was perfect for a quick walk into Harbour Town via the bike path, and the unit was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed watching the changes in the tidal marsh throughout the day from the living room. The layout of the condo is welcoming and well-suited to relaxation; we would happily stay here again.

Great property

This is a wonderful townhome. The marsh view from the outside patio area is a great place to sit and enjoy the quiet. I even had 2 deer that would come up to visit. The townhome is well stocked and very spacious. I arrived the final day of the Heritage and had a hard time getting to the condo but the person on call for the Vacation Company that I rented through was very helpful. Sea Pines is my favorite place to stay in Hilton Head. The biking trails are wonderful and it's nice to be near both Harbor Town and Salty Dog. I would highly recommend this townhome.

Not a place to stay.

The condo was very nice looking however there were items missing in the kitchen that should have been there. Many of the utensils were mismatched, the knives seemed as though they had never been sharpened, and we had the impression the owners did not care. It appeared the owners made the facade look good for photos, but the kitchen cupboards were old and cheaply held together with 30 year old utensil trays. However, what bothered my wife and me the most was the cleanliness of the unit. It was very dirty. The carpets have not had a good wash this century and both of us had filthy socks walking on the carpeted floors. We would not stay there again.

Close to everything!

Great location! Short walk to Harbor Town, short bike ride to the beach. This unit was comfortable for our family. Lots of space!

258 Stoney Creek

The villa was way better than we expected for the price! We were in Hilton Head for our daughter’s wedding and the unit was absolutely perfect for what we needed! The Vacation Company did a great job with the description and photos! We would love to go back ASAP!

Great stay

This is a great location. You can walk to Harbor Town. It is only STEPS from the pool! This was a major plus with us. The pool never got “too” crowded. We had an issue with the A/C not working one of the days and there was someone out to fix it in 45 min and he was done fixing it in about 15 mins! I was impressed! We would stay here again!

Great trip

Great location near Harbour Town. Condo is right next to pool and very private. Pool was a little too warm given the heat, but the condo was really nice. Note that several of the plastic bars on the refrigerator door shelves were falling off when we arrived and so the shelves could not be used. They need to be repaired.

Great Stay

The location was perfect. We enjoyed the sunsets at Harbor Town and the ice cream! Our unit was very nice. We loved having ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

Great for family or just friends

This place had a lot going for it. It was well equipped for guests, from comfortable furniture (the beds were a little too firm), kitchen, bath, etc. I appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The only issue I had was when I messaged questions through Vrbo, I would only receive automatic replies without an answer. But if I called, they were very helpful. We all had a great time, being within walking distance of Harbortown was great for morning coffee!

Sea Pines Stay

Villa was clean and was accurate with listing. Very close to pool and we could ride bikes to sea pines beach and Harbour Town. Beautiful area and well kept. Would stay here again.

Great location and size

We loved this place. It was within a short walk to Harbor Town. Had plenty of space as well. The only confusing part was how to get our gate pass, but after calling the management company, we were able to pick it up from their office. Would stay here again!

Great vacation

We loved the location and cleanliness of the villa. We loved the two king sized beds upstairs and the view of the marsh off the patio. We were able to walk to Harbour Town and able to enjoy our ice cream. The pool was also really nice to use after our bike rides and pickle ball. We really enjoyed staying in the Wiseman villa and hope to return in the future.

Convenient Location -comfortable accommodations

Booking was seamless. Check-in worked well as the condo was available earlier than advertised. Keypad entry was simple, condo came as advertised with plenty of towels for pool or beach.

2019 Hilton Head Vacay and Engagement

Our stay was quite memorable as we invited our son and his girlfriend and on the first night he proposed to her on the beach!!!! Thank you for the great accommodations as we had 8 of us total and we had a wonderful time with lots of great forever memories!! We thoroughly enjoyed having our bikes delivered and the miles of shaded riding trails and riding on the beach as well. The pool was quite large and had plenty of shade for afternoon naps !!! The only issue which was huge but not at all the owners fault was a transmitter went out and we had no electric or AC for several hours and that in itself was a memory because none of us have ever experienced that type of sleeping heat before. We were beyond thankful when it kicked back on. The property manager was the kindest and kept us up to date until it came back on at 3:30 am. Besides that dilemma we absolutely loved the condo and our stay.

Very nice

Unit was clean and everything worked. Had plenty of towels, paper products, dish soap, and trash bags. Vacation Company staff was attentive and helpful. Loved our vacation and will rent this unit again.
