This is it! Look no further! Beautiful completely renovated single family home in beautiful Sea Pines / Hilton Head SC. It would be difficult to find a more perfect location – halfway between Harbour Town and the Sea Pines Beach Club and pristine Atlantic Ocean beaches. You can park your car in the garage and leave it parked. A ten minute bike ride to the Beach Club or other beaches and a ten minute bike ride to Harbour Town. You can also bike a little farther to reach South Beach with restaurants, shops, playground, pools and the world famous Salty Dog (don’t forget to buy their t-shirt).

Our home is located in a small private community with many great amenities of its own. We are located 200 yards from the private community park. The park contains a playground for children, a private community pool, tennis/pickle ball court and basketball court. We are a 3 minute walk from shopping, bike rental and restaurants at the Sea Pines Center. We are also located several hundred yards from the 5th and 6th hole of the Harbour Town Golf Links – a perfect location to walk to the RBC Heritage golf tournament when the pros are in town – we like to walk the course in the morning and early afternoon and return home for cocktails and appetizers and watch the players complete their rounds on TV.

Harbour Town is a beautiful area with many restaurants, shops, piers, lighthouse and GREAT playground. If you do not own one of the fabulous yachts parked there (or have friends that do), you can choose from the many cruises (dolphin, shrimping, happy hour or dinner) offered there. All a short bike away!

Sea Pines Beach Club is a luxurious complex containing restaurants, ocean lounges, beach chairs and umbrellas. If you prefer a more isolation location there are numerous boardwalks that take you directly to the beach. Check out low tide and ride your bicycle on the beach – see the dolphins in the distance.

This Sea Pines home is located in the private and prestigious Greenwood Forest subdivision. The entire house was renovated in 2020. The layout is an open design with the kitchen, dining and living rooms all connecting. The spacious living room contains a leather sectional sofa, with 2 large cosy chairs and an ottoman. A new 75 inch TV makes this the perfect location to watch the Heritage professional golfers walk down the 18th fairway after your long and exciting day of following your favorite golfer. Board games are provided for a fun family evening. The fully renovated kitchen contains all new and modern appliances and is fully stocked with all the kitchen utensils to allow for gourmet meals at home. The quartz breakfast bar with stools is perfect for feeding the kids. The flooring throughout the house is wood and skylights are strategically placed throughout the house to provide a bright interior (kitchen, dining, entranceway and bathrooms). Located just off the dining area is a Carolina room with its own seating area (pull out couch) and 75 inch HD TV.
There are 3 bedrooms – the master bedroom with attached bath has a king-size bed. Bedroom 2 also has a king bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. All the bedrooms have dressers and closet space. An additional full bathroom is located in the hallway.

Just off the Carolina Room is the screened porch. The porch contains a large bistro table with hightop chairs – perfect for happy hours.
A large, private deck is located across the back of the house. 4 large Adirondack chairs and table is the perfect location to discuss your awful golf score or your other adventures throughout Sea Pines. A picnic table for kids (and adults) is also on the deck.
A laundry room is located in the houses and there is an attached one car garage.

Sea Pines gate passes are approximately $25/week, per car, and is an additional fee (payable at Sea Pines entrance). We do not provide passes.

Pets are NOT allowed. Smoking is NOT allowed. Loud parties are NOT allowed. Minimum age to rent is 25. Occupancy maximums - 6 people - are strictly enforced.

Check-in time is 10 AM and check-out time is 4 PM (no exceptions - our property management contract requires 6 available hours between renters). Please only rent our home if you agree to adhere to our check-in and check-out hours.

Travel insurance is recommended.
