Scott was very responsive and upfront about the construction. The room is in a good place so you don’t have to deal with the construction.

The room was beautiful and the view was amazing. The walk to the beach was short and quick and plenty of amazing restaurants right within walking distance. The building is under construction but since we were at the beach all day the noise wasn’t an issue. The construction just made the walk to the beach a little longer. Overall it was a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

Scott (the owner) and his unit is incredible. great location right near the stairwell and the elevator everything super easy to access and right on the beach. perfect little get away. The overall building still needs alot of work but is currently being renovated. So give the building a little grace but this unit met every expectation I had.

"The apartment was incredibly clean and well-organized. The host went above and beyond by leaving coffee, sugar, and a few thoughtful kitchen items that made us feel truly welcome. It’s in a wonderful location, and the provided parking tags were incredibly convenient. We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at the resort. Thank you for everything—we will definitely be back!" Check in was simple, as was the check out. Owner responded quickly to questions and was helpful. His description on the property was accurate.It is a good location.

We did not enjoy our stay. The description indicated “possible construction” but the entire building is under major reconstruction. There were cords running all over the exterior corridors. They were jackhammering the exterior of the building, leaving dusty debris all over our car. A third of the parking lot was taped off for the heavy equipment. The entire ocean facing side of the first floor was a construction site and there was no access to the beach. We had to walk out the front and around to the public beach access. Sitting on the beach in front of the building was not enjoyable due to the constant jackhammering. The room was ok. In need of a good scrub and paint. The coffee pot provided was stained and disgusting. The bed was hard as a board - tip for the 60 crowd. The balcony was very nice at night but during the day the construction drowned out the sound of the ocean.

Thank you for your review, we do list this in our description, and immediately after booking were sent a message to confirm you saw about construction, most guests usually appreciate the low rates and day they will be out during the daytime hours

Room looked just like the pictures and was tidy and clean upon arrival. Check-in process was very efficient. Beautiful place with lots of nearby attractions!

We really enjoyed our stay! My first impression was how incredibly clean everything was. The room had been recently renovated and looked modern, fresh, and well cared for. The ocean view was beautiful, and waking up to the sunrise over the beach was absolutely breathtaking.I also really appreciated the host’s excellent customer service. I accidentally booked the wrong week, and they graciously changed my reservation without any hassle, which I was very thankful for.The only downside was the condition of the hotel grounds. Because of hurricane damage from last year, the pool and parts of the property are still under construction. Unfortunately, that also means you can’t access the beach directly from the hotel. You’ll either need to walk around the property to reach the beach or pay 33 to drive onto it.Despite that inconvenience, the room itself was excellent, the views were amazing, and we had a great stay overall. I’d definitely consider staying here again once the property renovations are complete.

Ok .... This property is recovering from the abuse of Hurricane Helen and has secured capital to work the damage. It appears that most of the structural damage is complete, now is shifting to more of the appearance damage. The sea wall looks like it's being repaired so the pool is not operational. This construction also blocks direct beach assess ( Beach assess any easy walk thru a beach assess road right next to the building ) so make sure you check in with your host for updates. Today each unit is privately owned and will have different levels of upgrades. The unit we stayed in was recently upgraded to a great level in bath, kitchen and living space. The balcony is amazing due to the great view, but the furnishings on the balcony could use a refresh..When we entered the unit was sparkling clean and has pot / pans, plastic glasses, coffee maker and new microwave. Dishes are included, beach chairs, buggy boards and beach towels. The WiFi was not performing very well, I suspect the router needs a refresh too.Overall this is a great place for getaway, but will be a gem once construction is complete.

We are up front with description of all work on building that is occurring and pool and beach access closure is not listed as an amenity. However beach access is 50ft from the building entrance. We have close to 50% off rates due to there building work and everybody send a message after booking to be able to cancel within 24 hours unless a last minute booking in case guest didn't see the construction warning
