Conveniently located just a short walk from the sand, this ocean view retreat even has a hot tub for relaxing after a long day of activities. Built in 1930, this home has an amazing combination of vintage charm and modern updates that make it nice and cozy.

Located just above 101 and nearly in the heart of Lincoln City proper, this home is surrounded by all the activities the area has to offer. Cross the street for lunch at Kyllo’s or walk the strip and stop at a salt water taffy shop—the choice is yours!

Really nice home and beautiful views! Exactly as advertised. A lot warmer than we expected and glad we brought a fan to circulate the air inside. Overall, great location!

It was a beautiful property however there are so many steps to get to the front and back door. They're cobblestone steps and if you have a lot of things packed for your trip it was a little bit of a workout going up and down those stairs. It was a typical house being pet friendly and it was worth being able to have our dog with us.

House smells animal friendly for sure. And almost everything (floor, couches, pillows, chairs, beds, towels) had stains. Was all clean though.Only other thing thats unfortunate is there is no a/c and a limited number of windows and doors to open. Can get good air flow if you open down stairs back door and upstairs storm door.There are approximately 4 million stairs at this property so keep that in mind!

Wonderful Vacation Home

This place has it all, close to the beach, fabulous view, well stocked with everything you need, relaxing hot tub after a day of exploring, and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

We loved staying here. The view from the home is obscured slightly by a hotel but you can still see the ocean. The hot tub was great and clean.

The view! Location awesome and house was fun!

Everything about the house was great, fun having breakfasts on the decks and had everything you needed for a great vacation. Very clean house and will definitely stay again.

A great place to stay!

With amazing views, right next to Kyllo's, and only a very short walk to the beach, this house was wonderful! It was clean, the hot tub was awesome, plenty of space, the furniture could be updated, and the kitchen didn't have a few basics, but overall we were very happy with our stay, and would stay here again!

We could not find the place the first night we were supposed to stay there so we had to pay for and book another hotel that night. We found it the next day and stayed one night and absolutely loved it! It was so great we booked again for Labor Day weekend and can't wait to go back. Just wish we didn't pay for the night we couldn't find it

Roomy, comfortable stay on the beach

We loved the house and location. We were able to bring our dogs, we cooked in except one night. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. There’s a wonderful fireplace in the living room. I’d stay again for sure.

Very charming house

Loved the location, view, space, clean, large and nice. Only complaint and would have been 5 stars bed and pillows need to be replaced just flat and hard. But but still would stay again.
