The Space:

Indulge in your own slice of Pacific Northwest paradise at this incredible ocean-view home. Just one block from Oceanlake Beach, this gorgeous gem comes complete with a private hot tub and a furnished deck for enjoying the views. An upstairs game room offers added family fun with features including foosball and an assortment of board games. The tide pools are just five blocks south of the home and Regatta Park, which offers water access to Devils Lake, is only a mile away. A variety of sand toys are provided for the beach.



A gorgeous river rock fireplace anchors the living room, with comfortable seating and a smart TV furnished for family downtime. There's also a smart TV in the game room for added home entertainment. Plan family meals with ease in the stainless steel full kitchen and dine together in the living room or out on the deck. The hot tub is ready to welcome soothing soaks out on the private back patio after the day's adventures. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

We had a wonderful girls weekend together. There were 5 of us & plenty of room for everyone....loved the pet friendly features & thoughtful touches would recommend to anyone...even small groups or larger family's. Really great location in town as well.

We had such a wonderful stay in Lincoln City! The location was perfect, just across the street from the beach with very convenient beach access. It made it so easy to enjoy the ocean and come and go throughout the day esp with two little kids and a dog.The property managers were also incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We really appreciated how easy they were to communicate with and how helpful they were whenever we had a question.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Lincoln City!

6 of us single mothers on a getaway to relax catch up and play games! Get to sleep in except for such a early check out !

The house was cute, and clean with a pretty good view of the ocean. It's in quiet neighborhood, with a 2 min walk to the beach access point, and it had a local coffee stand in walking distance. I do wish there were more towels than just your 1 bath towels for each person, especially since there is hot tub and the beach accessible to you. There was a shelf for beach towels, but no towels there. The front door lock was kind of a pain as well. Overall though we would stay there again.

The house was great and worked well for us. The ice maker didn’t work and the fusball table did not have the ball.
