The Space:

Bring your large group to Rockaway Beach and stay in this bright and spacious six-bedroom house, offering a private hot tub, loads of at-home entertainment, and easy beach access. The main level of this charming home is on the first floor where you can find an open floor plan that seamlessly combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area into one, big space. The light-filled living room offers a comfy place to relax viewing the 65' TV with Apple TV, Disney+, Netflix, and Prime Video streaming capabilities. You'll also have free WiFi access for all your online needs, as well as a private washer/dryer on both the main and second floors for your added convenience. The roomy kitchen invites you to create all your family favorites, and there's also a gas grill so you can keep dinner time simple with some tasty seafood kabobs. One bedroom and one full bathroom can be found here. As you climb up the stairs, you'll find yourself on the second level of this home where most of the bedrooms are. Five bedrooms and three bathrooms are here. And last, but not least, the upper and third level is what we would call the game room. This getaway offers so much in-home entertainment, you may just want to stay close and indulge in some reading and catch up on your favorite cable shows while the kids play air hockey, Ping-Pong, Pop-A-Shot, and foosball in the game room, which also has its own 65' TV with Apple TV for your viewing pleasure. You'll be a half-block from the sand and water, about two miles south of Rockaway Beach proper. Nehalem Bay is about seven miles north where you'll find hiking, picnicking, horseback riding, kayaking, and more, though there's plenty to see and do right here in Rockaway Beach as well. Must-see natural attractions include Three Capes Scenic Loop, Twin Rocks, and Munson Creek Falls. Take the 25-mile trek around Tillamook Bay to Cape Meares Scenic Viewpoint and Lighthouse for spectacular views, and stop off at Tillamook Cheese Factory for a tour on the way.

this place was amazing!!! so much room for big group and very close (about 1 block / 4 min walk) to the most beautiful beach. can’t say enough good things about this stay!!

Fantastic place and location is great. The house is huge and has everything you need - linens, kitchen items, washing facilities, beach items ...We had one issue upon arrival that was revolved quickly and efficiently. Since the house is owned by vacation rental property, company communication is through a corporate phone number. While effective, it was not as quick or personal as some locations you speak to the homeowner.

Beautiful home, tons of space and perfect for large family. The house did have a bit of a smell until we aired it out. And we had an issue with one of the bunk beds. Otherwise great home and location. Very short walk to beach. Would stay there again.

Great family property

12 family members stayed here for a week. Great space for adults and children. Very nice accommodation with bedrooms and bathrooms for all. The game room was a plus for the kids. Would stay here again

We loved the house, the openness of the kitchen, living room and deck. The dining table was great for us all to sit around. Lots of games played there. Having three bathrooms on one floor was awesome. We do this trip annually and look forward to renting this house again next year.

Great house, lots of fun

We had a group of 15 stay in this house, and it was wonderful. Perfect size, beds for everyone, and the game room was an added bonus. It's only a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to town.

Great getaway near the beach

Very nice house very near a clean, wide-open beach. Had a great time relaxing on the beach or with the kids playing in the playroom. Small subdivision, about 10min drive away from rockaway. Great place to relax with family.

Beautiful beach house with lots of room and all the amenities that is close to the beach.

Wonderful home for a large group. Everyone had enough room either to participate or find a quiet place. Easy walk to a beautiful, sandy beach. Would highly recommend this beautiful home.

This property was so close to the beach. The house was bigger than the pictures show. The hot tub was clean and working well. We would love to book this house again.

The house was both well maintained and generously stocked with everything from kitchen necessities, to towels, and indoor toys and games to outdoor sand toys and chairs. A great choice!

Awesome house

This house was amazing. It had something for everyone. My granddaughter loved it so much, she wanted to move in. The location was perfect for bike riding, and trips to the beach. It was quiet, clean and fully equipped.

Family stay

We have multiple families going to Oregon coast for 30 years. It is located perfect for the activities we enjoy. Crabbing, manzanita , Tillamook, and the beach just steps away. This is the second time at this house, we are always going to have this house as one of our choces. Big game room for the kids and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone

Perfect for family

This is our third time to stay at the property and won't be our last. The layout is perfect for grandparents, parents, and kids. The new arcade game was a huge success. The closeness to the beach is wonderful. The size of the kitchen and dining table work great. The new deck is gorgeous. Now if only we could reserve good weather . . .

Had a great time.

We had a great time. The house had everything we needed. Lots of room.. The only complaint would be that in the pictures the pool table was made to look like a full size table and it is not, Very cheap table.
