Found this place to be the perfect place to relax after hiking in the Smokys. Plenty to do on the property and they are very thoughtful of the people who stay.

Clean and cozy cottage. Beautiful, serene setting with great outdoor space and access to waterfront. Hot tub and fire pit were great as well. Very convenient location. We would definitely stay again. It was a great fall trip!!

Highly recommend and hope to stay here again. Great location and the home is super relaxing with top notch outdoor space including spacious covered back porch. Had a hard time leaving!

Everything was perfect when we arrived, they even left some snacks for us. When we booked, we knew there was a hot tub which we thought was cool but it wasn't a major factor for us but it ended up being a great way for our family to relax and unwind after a day of hiking so that was an unexpected bonus. We also didn't expect to use the BBQ grill but that allowed us to make a simple dinner one night when we were tired and didn't feel like going out.Overall, the place is clean, comfortable and easy to get to. It was great making memories with my wife and 2 adult sons and we would definitely recommend it to anyone else looking for a relaxing time with family,

We found The Little River Farmhouse to be a wonderful fit for my wife and our son, who was visiting the area on a business trip from Wisconsin. The cabin was probably the most well-stocked of any place we have previously rented. The cabin was also very clean. The owner communication was very timely and clear. The beds were extremely comfortable and the owner had supplied numerous small conveniences including Granola bars, device charging convenience, mosquito repellent candles for use when relaxing on the large back deck (listening to the Little River). This was perhaps the best rental we have had through VRBO.

We are a repeat renter of The Riverhouse. It’s an excellent location central to Townsend, always extremely clean and the communication from the property manager is prompt and professional. The river access is a short walk from the house. We always enjoy our time here and can’t wait to book another trip.

This is a wonderful place to stay and we hope to return soon!!! By far one of the cleanest places we've ever been and very well stocked!!! It is exactly as described and the host is great! She adds thoughtful touches too that make the stay even better!

We loved everything about this property! Comfortable, cute, and had absolutely everything. The hosts communicate quickly and clearly, and were helpful with any questions we had. Absolutely recommend for a stay in Townsend!

Beautiful place to stay for a week getaway with my family.

This cabin is beautiful! We all really enjoyed the River and mountain views. The property is so cozy and quiet.

House was in a very convenient location being in Townsend and close to the entrance of the park. The home was very clean and well stocked with anything you may need, including charging stations for your phone and electronics. The hot tub looked very new and was very clean. Bed were all very comfortable. The path down to the water was a longer walk than we anticipated and the seating down by the water was not ideal, but I assume that is due to flooding concerns. We wished we had a view of the water from the home.

Amazing Location

We have been staying in Townsend for over a decade and this is the best property we have ever stayed at. The house and property were a dream the hosts were so communicative. We will defiantly be staying again.

Spotless, beautiful home with great outdoor spaces as well. Host was welcoming and very responsive when I had questions. A well stocked kitchen, nice grill, and the hot tub was amazing. The master bed was unbelievably comfortable. Everything about The Little Farmhouse was perfect for our stay!

Wonderful property and location.

Our family totally enjoyed the property. Great location and beautiful property with many amenities. The children and adults loved the path to the river where they could tube and the large back yard to play baseball and frisbee golf. The location was close to great restaurants and drivable to Cades Cove and Gatlinburg. It was a wonderful experience and we hope to stay here again.
