Overall a good stay.. Had a issue with the air conditioner, but the property manger was on it and it go resolved. Then mother nature decided to stir up a storm with massive lighting which took out the wifi router which as you know is a must have in the world we live in. Again the property manager handled it in a decent amount of time. If it were my place i would work on the driveway in as it did have two decent bumps/holes and it maybe tough for a small car getting in and out, we were in a truck. It was our "base camp" to eat and sleep while we hiked so it worked..

The cabin was in excellent condition for us, everything was neat and cleaned. The view was awesome, especially in the mornings. The cabin is at the end of the road so it's very quite, even with the cabin right before it being rented at the same time. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful property with an amazing view. Everything was well explained and communication was really good with property owner. We were fortunate enough to see it snow! Convenient to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores.

Close to places we wanted to visit

We enjoyed the location. We had some issues with cleanliness but the owner was very responsive and made things right, which we appreciated.

Cozy and very clean! Nice place to stay. Excellent communication with owner. Only complaints are small shower and upstairs bathroom.

Wonderful time in Townsend

We had a great week-long stay in the cabin. The cabin is secluded but only a few minutes away from the amenities in Townsend and the entrance to GSMNP. We'd definitely recommend that people stay on the "Peaceful Side of the Smokies" rather than being surrounded by the craziness of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Secluded Cabin

This cabin in Townsend was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet location with a beautiful view and short drive to town. Everything provided, just like home.

My son and I had a great visit

My son and I stayed in the house for4 days and nights and had a great time! The house was very nice and clean and had all the amenities that we needed plus some. We built a fire two of the four nights and it was beautiful there. I would highly recommend and hope to stay there again!

Beautiful mountain cabin!

The owner was very attentive and answered any questions that I had promptly. Cabin was adorable. Loved building fires outside in the fire pit and watching the view. It was clean and very relaxing! Will definitely go again!

Lovely little cabin!

The location is gorgeous and accommodations are cozy and comfortable!! Our kids loved the zip line and fire pit. After spending a day in Pigeon Forge and Gaitlinburg, Townsend was right up our alley. It has just enough to keep a family entertained without the ridiculous crowds and traffic. We will definitely recommend your cabin and property to friends and family passing through the Smokies.

Peaceful Cabin

The cabin is wonderfully located. Very clean and very pleasant. The master bed was very comfortable. The upstairs bed did squeak a bit, but not so much as to bother anybody. I would definitely rent this cabin again.

Peace & Quiet

I loved the peace and quiet when I was there. Gorgeous mountain view and the hot tub enhanced this. The cabin is decent sized especially for one person and their pet. Host Helene was awesome she was always courteous before and after the trip. Definitely recommend will probably go again!

Fall 2023

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The secluded, peaceful setting was just what we were looking for. We loved sitting on the porch with our coffee in the morning. Helene was a kind and responsive host.
