Fantastic for Family Getaway

This property exceeds expectations and has everything you could need for a beach getaway any time of year. Features the best equipped and organized kitchen of any property we’ve ever rented and boasts plenty of space to hang out together or have privacy.

Wonderful spot for a relaxing getaway

We’ve come to love this area of the OuterBanks!!! This house is amazing for our family—the owners have thought through all that you need! It’s in a great location - nice walk to the beach or the downtown boardwalk in Duck!

This Bright Dreams Ahead property was exactly as described and met our family vacation needs perfectly. The house was very clean and offered everything we needed. There was plenty of space to relax together or on your own, which worked out great because the weather sure did not cooperate the week we were there. The neighborhood was beautiful and the walk to the beach was easy.I would highly recommend this home for your Outer Banks/Duck stay.

Lots of room!

This beautiful home was a great place to stay with my family visiting from Oregon. We loved the crows nest breakfast room. The teens loved the separate living area downstairs. We would come here again.

Great October Stay!

We spent a lovely week in October at “Bright Dreams Ahead” to celebrate our honeymoon. Rode bikes to the beach each day and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Christi was wonderful and made sure our stay was extra special. The house is great and stocked with everything you need to cook meals at home.

Wonderful!

Perfect house with lots of room! Loved the hot tub and there were so many toys. On a quaint street just a short walk to the beach. Perfect little neighborhood for little kids.

Wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for our family getaway! The owners have really thought through everything necessary to have a great time—including bikes and beach toys and equipment! The kitchen is completely stocked with all the gadgets and appliances needed to do your own cooking. We loved our time at Bright Dreams Ahead!!!

Amazing

This place was absolutely amazing. The location was minutes from the beach. The pool was great and it was so close to the town with little shops we rode out bikes! It had everything we needed and more. Will definitely be back

Relaxing Getaway

We had a wonderful visit! We love to cook our own meals and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The living space was beautiful but cozy, and everyone slept great. We loved going down to the beach and taking the beach toys that were provided!

Wedding weekend retreat

My friends and I were in town for a wedding. We stayed at this property and were very happy. The house is beautiful and a short walk to the beach and the shops in Duck. I would recommend to others.

Beautiful and charming

This is a beautiful house. Although the house is in quiet community in Duck, it is near everything—the beach, the little main strip with Duck Donuts, and much more. We loved the renovated kitchen, the updated bathrooms, and various board games. This place is a real find, and we hope to come back again soon!

Girlfriends Getaway

Loved this house! Very clean and spacious. Kitchen was extremely well appointed with quality kitchen wear. Location was close to both beach and Duck. This house has everything you need for a fabulous vacation. Highly recommend!

Perfect family home

Our family had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home. It's proximity to everything was great. There was so much to do at the home and in the area. We got up each morning for the sunrise, completed a huge puzzle off and on during the entire stay, ate at the local restaurants, flew kites, and so much more! The people in this town were so friendly. We really enjoyed our time and hope to visit again.

Wonderful beach vaca spot

This is a lovely house conveniently situated in Duck. It’s a short distance from the beach and about 15min walk (or 3-4min drive) from Duck boardwalk shops/ restaurants. The highlight for the house for us is the kitchen, its pretty cool that house has induction stovetop and has pretty much all the tools one will need for cooking needs. All in all, we had a great stay at this property & def recommend it!
