Wonderful stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Under the Sun and Over the Moon. The location was perfect! We had several small children and made walking to the pool and activities a breeze. The house had plenty of room and appreciated all the extra spaces to spread our large crew out in. We were also very impressed with how well stocked the house was. The only thing we were missing was a lighter for the firepit, but wasn't an issue for us. We will definitely be back!

20+ years of BEACHWALK family reunions

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Under the Sun at least 9 times. We have a large family and we rent 4-5 houses every time we come. Such great memories. So very happy to see the addition of the walk way down to the beach. Feel like we are getting nickled and dimed by Beachwalk with fees for pool and parking. As expensive as it is to rent a house, this should be included.Need to add another tennis court and pool. Perhaps at back of community. Some office staff very helpful, like Quilla (spelling), some not so much. Security staff does a nice job. 10 seems a bit early to stop using golf carts......Mayb restrict at that time for teens?

Under the Sun but Over all Great!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thanks for a very enjoyable stay over Labor Day weekend at Under the Sun and Over the Moon. Our group of 13 including 3 families had a great third annual visit to Beachwalk and third rental house. The positives of this property:-A very central and convenient location right across from the pool and adjacent the community party with live weekend music -The large 2-story living room area was great for gathering as is the kitchen -The kitchen is one of the best equipped kitchens we’ve stayed at - lots of great supplies and appliances -The setup of the rear exterior is terrific - nice outdoor dining, grilling and fire pit The negatives:-The interior of the house including its furniture, decor and in particular it’s carpeting needs a refresh -The furniture in Over the Moon / the coach house needs a different setup to make it more accommodating for families. The first floor bedroom really needs a queen or king-size bed instead of 2 twin beds.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We do love this house and had a great week. A suggestion would be to equip all the bathrooms with rugs and better towels. However, We liked the updates including newer carpeting, the change in the south bedroom and the additional sitting area outside in back. Also, the addition of Over the Moon was great. It was another wonderful family reunion - 5 Beachwalk houses rented again! We will be back.
