This condo was perfect! Fully loaded kitchen, very clean, roomy, comfortable bed, 2 nice recliners and a fantastic view!! What more could you want! We will be back!

The room was clean the view was awesome the kitchen was good. The bathroom was small for a one bedroom. The toilet leaked and made noise.

Condo was clean. Host was always quick to respond and willing to accommodate. Kitchen had everything anyone would need and more. Air conditioning worked great. Decor was super cute and the condo was newly renovated. The shower was one of the better ones we have ever had. Great view! Close to the elevator was a plus. Location is perfect. We always enjoy staying at the Phoenix 7. This was our third year in a row and still love it. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Thank you to our host for a great trip!

Beautiful and clean. Remodeled and repainted. We have stayed at various Phoenix VII places and the bedroom in this condo was arranged the BEST to get around. The long bench at the end of the bed was the only thing that made it feel harder to move around in the bedroom. It was very close to the closet doors. If that was removed the bedroom would be perfect!!! Loved the higher height of vanity in bath. Had everything we needed.Third party 460 was pricey for us.

The owner of this condo thought of everything to make your stay wonderful. This condo was very clean. Fully stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable and the owners even had a box fan in the closet to use for noise which we appreciated. A/C in unit works very well also. Bathroom had a very comfortable tub/shower combo. The view of the gulf was perfect. Balcony furniture was also comfortable. We loved the high back barstools. Washer and dryer was available in room but it is loud so put your stuff to wash and dry when you are out of the room. We had questions before arriving in the host, answered those very quickly and promptly. We will definitely stay here again. We loved it so much we tried to book this condo again for the next weekend but it was booked. Overall we had an excellent experience staying at this condo.

For the first time in many, many years, my husband and I were able to find the time to take a long weekend anniversary getaway. We chose this unit because it was in budget and looked beautifully updated in the photos. Upon arrival, we were met with a friendly security guard at the entrance and then a nice staff member working the front desk. The lobby was nice and it was clean. There were plenty of luggage carts available for us to unload quickly. We had no issues checking in or getting into the unit. Entering the unit, we were very pleased. The photos were spot on. The unit was clean and very nice. Wonderful beach views from the balcony and being on the 6th floor was perfect---not too low and not too high. Elevator waits were never too long; and finding a parking space was never an issue. If we ever make it back on another trip just the two of us, we will definitely be back here! Thank you for the wonderful stay!
