Our stay worked out really well for us. Nice view of the lake. The deck actually has a covered gazebo!

First and foremost what a stunning property with the most Amazing view! Micheal our host was very responsive to our needs during our stay and accommodating to our special requests.Although it was just the two of us this time we are looking forward to the next visit with another couple. The house is set up perfectly that two couples could have the privacy they are seeking but also the communal space to enjoy time together. Two full showers and separate living areas really makes this idea for two couples or extended family. The hot tub felt great in the winter snow and there would be plenty of room for all. We took advantage of the game room and played some pool and if we had more energy definitely would have played the Wii. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked with cooking essentials. Bring your own condiments and food items you need but the rest is here. Well stocked coffee and tea selection and the table easily sits 6 but yet was still romantic for the two of us.This was a definite comeback stay for us and the view from every room is spectacular.

Everything was beautifully prepared for our arrival: rooms and spaces as advertised. The outdoor living area actually exceeded what the listing shared. The only reason for 4 stars is the amount and severity of the messages around the premises warning of accruing fees for misuse of accommodations. Several members of my party were very put off by these threats and it dampened their overall experience during our stay. We actually didn’t use the game room much out of fear of triggering an alarm and accruing an additional fee. While we enjoyed the location and comfort of the rental, it was hard to fully relax and enjoy — especially with smaller children who may accidentally cause one of these infractions to occur. I might recommend toning down the posted messaging or sharing it up front for future renters.

The property itself was very nice, clean, and well maintained. However, the host made the experience much less enjoyable.From the moment we arrived, there were signs posted throughout the property warning of 250 fines for various violations. While I understand the need to have rules in place, having them displayed on what felt like every other wall was excessive and took away from the relaxing atmosphere.What was missing, however, were instructions on how to operate the hot tub. We also tried to use the grill, only to find that the propane tank connection was so rusted that we couldn't remove it to get the grill working.The host also communicated far more than necessary. He messaged me upon arrival, continued sending messages throughout our stay, and even reminded me at 4:00 p.m. the day before checkout that checkout was at 10:00 a.m.—something I was already aware of.Another issue was that the host attempted to charge me a fee for my emotional support animal, even though it had already been approved before my stay. That added unnecessary frustration to an otherwise straightforward booking.Overall, the property itself was great, but the host's constant reminders, excessive signage, lack of useful information, and attempt to charge an already approved ESA made the experience disappointing.

Perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. Great views and Mike was easy to coordinate with. We would absolutely stay here again.
