The house was spotless, kitchen was well stocked, bed was very comfortable, and location was fantastic. Host was very responsive.

Perfect Family Beach vacation

Our stay was amazing! There were 8 adults, 2 infants, and 2 dogs and there was plenty of room for all! The pool across the street from the house was perfect for the babies to cool off. We enjoyed walking to Gulf Place, the beach and a few other local places for coffee and ice cream. The host thought of everything to make our trip perfect!

This property has everything you need. Loads of coffee cups, dishes, glasses and flatware. Every kitchen utensil and measuring utensils, you can think of. The Tupperware containers came in extra handy. Bathroom towels and beach towels were abundant. Lots of beach toys and chairs in the garage. We did not need to bring anything. The 3rd floor, with bunks was a great place for the grandkids. The beach is about a quarter mile away and many restaurants are within walking distance. We loved the quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors.Great house, GREAT Host!!! We will definitely stay here again

House is perfect for families! Plenty of room for everyone. Location is great as well. Close to beach access, restaurants and shopping. A TON of beach toys, chairs and a wagon that fits it all. Amy is an amazing host with very clear instructions and quick responses to my many questions.

Great place

The owner was awesome. The house was in a perfect location. It fit all 10 of us perfectly. The children loved the loft with the tv and toys.

great house and location

This was a great house for 2 families at the beach. It is not on the ocean, but easy bike ride/walk to get to the beach- right off of 30A. The closest beach was not too crowded. The house was clean, had towels and chairs for beach. Pools were very nice. Great fun!

Perfect spot

This is our third time staying in a house in Old Florida Village and this is our favorite one yet. The house is set back from the street a bit more than others and it has a car port for your car. There's a garage, unlike most other houses, and it's full of useful things to use at the beach. The loft with two bunk beds was a great area for the kids. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Old Florida Village

We love this neighborhood and area on 30A. We like the home feel and the 2 pools and easy access to the restaurants and shops. A gulf cart away from the beach and we love walking places. We just wished it was a little cleaner. Too much carpet which seemed just dirty.

Lovely Home, Perfect Location, Wonderful Owners!

We will definitely stay in this home again! We have stayed in this neighborhood many times but this was our first time staying in Starfish&Coffee. We loved this house! This house is BIG. It had plenty of room for our big family and the furniture was very comfortable. I loved that there were beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach toys and more there for us to use. It was so nice to not have to travel with those things. Our kids loved the tower room where there are 2 sets of bunk beds. One day it rained & we had fun playing the Wii at the house. Even tough we have a Wii at our home our kids loved playing the different games they have at the beach house. My husband & I loved sitting on the porch in the mornings drinking coffee. Amy was so wonderful to work with. I had to contact her a couple of times with questions during our stay and she responded very quick and was so sweet. Every time we communicated throughout the whole rental process and stay she was wonderful to work with. She made everything very easy. Our kids love to rent bikes when we go. (There are two rental places very close.) They spend a lot of time riding bikes through the neighborhood. We love to bike to Gulf place (very close) for breakfast at Sunrise Coffee Co. or the Perfect Pig or lunch at La Playa. La Playa has the best fish tacos & sweet potato fries I've ever put in my mouth! The neighborhood is right on 30A so it's very convenient. The beach is right across the street. There are two public beach accesses very close to choose from. We drove across to the beach and even rode our bikes over many times. There are also two pools in the neighborhood. The house is right by the pool which we loved. It was a great stay. We will definitely return. Thank you Amy for making our stay on 30A wonderful!

Perfect location, perfect house, perfect owner

We had a great time in Florida, in our week long home away from home. Communication from the owner was spectacular! The house was great! Very clean and welcoming... definitely will come here again!

We will be back!!

First off Amy (owner) was awesome to deal with. The house was beautiful with every extra you could ever need. Wonderfully stocked kitchen. Close to the beach and shops. The neighborhood is so cute. 2 ac units is an awesome extra. Being able to cool upstairs without freezing downstairs.

Love Love Love!

We had the best time at Starfish & Coffee! As soon as we walked in the whole house was perfectly clean and even smelled good. We saw absolutely NO bugs which is unusual for Florida. We've stay at other properties in this same subdivision and this was by far our favorite! The pool is right across the drive, the shed with all of the beach stuff was amazing, the house is very well equipped and the rooms are big. And the beds are super comfy! Highly recommend this awesome vacation retreat :)

This house is perfect for a family. The floor plan is excellent, and it is well stocked for cooking.

The location is perfect—close to the beach, the pool, great restaurants, and an ice cream stand.

A wonderful vacation

We loved our stay at Starfish and Coffee. There was plenty of room for our large party. The accommodations were welcoming and relaxing. We were just a short distance from the beach and had so many wonderful supplies to use. Our kids loved the pool being just steps away from the house. We are already planning our return.

We keep coming back!

What a great place to spend a week with teenaged grandchildren! The house is immaculate and roomy. It's right on the bike path so teenagers can bike to the nearby coffee shop and to the beach. The pool is practically in our front yard...beautiful and clean. Adults enjoyed the porches, quiet and airy for early morning reading. A wonderful week!

Love this neighborhood and this house

We have been staying in this neighborhood for 8 years and loved this house. The floor plan is the best in the neighborhood and the house was well equipped with anything you would need. It is a perfect house to rent if you are flying into the area for a beach trip. All you need is clothes and this house has everything else. It is well maintained and up to date.

Great memories!!

My family just left the beach and are already missing “our” wonderful beach house. The owner Amy has the perfect place to stay! She provides so much for the renters - beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, games, video games and a well stocked kitchen. Also our bed was sooo comfortable. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a rental home where the bed was as comfortable as ours at home. The pool is literally across the street from the house. The only downside was the distance to the beach. However we just loaded everything in the back of our suv and drove over to the beach. We never had a problem finding a parking space and the beach access had restrooms which was another perk! We just loved Starfish and Coffee! We made some great family memories. Thanks Amy for everything!! We will definitely be back!!

Like Home Only Better

Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, plenty of room. The balcony off the master perfect for relaxing with coffee or wine and cheese. Also very kid friendly plenty of toys, video games, board games (adult, too). This was our 2nd year in this house and we are looking forward to next year.

House with plenty of room

We enjoyed our time in this home as it had plenty of room for all of us. My king bed was extremely comfortable, which is important as I’m getting older. The kitchen had everything that we needed for the week. Providing beach towels and beach chairs was a plus! Loved having the pool across the street and being able to walk to ice cream and coffee. Great place to stay!

Spring break with family

This house has everything you need for a family trip to the beach. There are beach toys and beach chairs in the garage. There are plenty of beach towels. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals: crock pot, can openers, pans, pots, plates, cups, coffee maker, cutting boards, knives, etc. There is a Weber gas grill outside. It's a beautiful home. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. The loft on the top floor is perfect for kids. It has bunk beds and lots of toys. The pool is directly across the street from the house. The beach is a short walk from the house, about a quarter of a mile to a third of a mile. The neighborhood is quiet. My family truly enjoyed our stay.
