City ordinances require the owners of any animal shall be responsible for cleaning up any feces of the animal and disposing of such feces in a sanitary manner.

Animals must be kenneled when you`re not in the unit and leashed when outside.

No parties or events. This includes no unlisted guests/people allowed on the property.

This property is equipped with exterior door camera(s) to monitor the number of guests coming and going.

No smoking or vaping of any kind allowed anywhere on the property including, but not limited to, interior, exterior, porch, deck, and parking areas. Smoking violations will result in a minimum $800 cleaning charge.

Wasting utilities will incur fees to the guest. Ensure the propane tank valves are closed.

Violation of house rules will result in immediate cancellation without refund regardless of unused nights.
