Welcome to your perfect Sugarhouse retreat! Ideally located just minutes from Downtown Salt Lake City and world-class mountain resorts for skiing and hiking, this home offers the perfect balance of city convenience and outdoor adventure.

Enjoy being within walking distance to parks, shops, restaurants, and local bars, making it easy to explore everything the area has to offer.

This dog-friendly home features a large, fully fenced backyard with a fire pit—perfect for relaxing evenings—and plenty of parking, with garage access available upon request.

Inside, you’ll find 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, including a spacious primary suite with its own private bathroom. Every room is equipped with its own TV, and there is a dedicated desk space for working, along with fast Google Fiber internet.

The king room was downstairs with the 2nd bath, so that is something to consider if you have older people who can’t do stairs. But the area down there was very nice! Other bedrooms were good size. Back yard was super nice, we enjoyed breakfast outside. Would recommend!!

We had an amazing stay at this home and would absolutely book again. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Every room was thoughtfully set up, and having TVs in each bedroom was a huge bonus for our group. The layout made it easy to relax and spend time together, but still have privacy when needed.The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet still quiet and peaceful. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay.You can tell a lot of care goes into this property. Everything felt organized, well-stocked, and guest-ready. Whether you’re in town for a short stay or a longer trip, this place is a great choice.Highly recommend!

Nicely updated home in an amazing neighborhood! The property offered the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility—close to shopping, dining, and parks, yet tucked away in a quiet area that felt removed from the bustle of the city. The Sugar House neighborhood was a highlight of our trip and exactly the kind of community we’d choose to live in ourselves—walkable, charming, and full of character.The home itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with cozy beds and couches, and a great outdoor space. Having the primary bedroom in the basement was nice as it gave the adults and the kids their own space. We especially enjoyed sitting around the fire pit, grilling in the evenings, and starting our mornings with coffee on the patio. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Salt Lake City
