The Space
Relax in a cozy, well‑appointed bedroom featuring a comfortable queen bed, soft linens, and a calming atmosphere ideal for unwinding after a day around the city. A separate office area provides valuable flexibility with a daybed and trundle, making it perfect for extra guests, work trips, or families traveling together.
If you’re hosting a larger group, we offer two additional cots upon request, which can conveniently be placed in the living room to accommodate your needs.

The host is very responsive and friendly, the kitchen is well stocked, the place is very clean, and the location within steps to Wrigley field is incredible. This was our second stay and it did not disappoint.

My group of four (4) were there for the Cross Town Baseball Series between the Cubs and White Sox. Excellent place to stay for attending Cubs games. A minute walk and you are on Wrigley property. Multiple food locations near the property. I plan to stay here the next time we are visiting for games.

I wish I knew it was a basement of a house but even it being the basement it had everything needed for a week and weekend stay. 30 second walk to the field too!

Amazing place! Our first time to visit Wrigley Field. The location is great. You can see the field from front door and less than 1/2 block walk. Everything was great. Even though we were there for the Detroit Tigers (Tigers & Cubs were playing) the decor was wonderful. Clean and welcoming! If we plan on going again, this will be our first pick! Thank you Carlos! Had a great time!
