New Guesthouse ideal for 6+guests 1 block from Southport brown line station, 1/2 mile from Wrigley Field & red line station. Open floor plan with full kitchen, DR, double LR with 55” TV & foos ball table, 3 bedrooms with queen size bed, 2 full bathrooms, exercise room & back patio with sofas, table & koi pond. Parties are not allowed.

Vibrant community with many unique restaurants and bars within walking distance of the house. Plenty of shopping and attractions including the Music Box Theater, The Vic and Metro music venues, and of course Wrigley Field.

Brown Line El station one block away. Two red line stations 1/2 mile away or one stop via brown line.
#152 and #77 busses 1/4 mile away.
Easy to catch cabs or Uber/Lyft.

Great place to stay for Wrigley

The place is awesome. The ownes are very nice. I gave the description a 4 only because it says private house. You get one floor of a very cool 100plus year old building that the owners have done a great job with. There is a foosball table and our group is somewhat competitive and we got a little loud for the folks on the floor underneath us Other than that highly recommend this place

Wrigleyville Christmas Bars

Stay was great! Great neighborhood, close walk to Wrigleyville bars. Plenty of room for 3 couples, Easy check in and out! Would definitely stay here again!

A Gem Near Wrigley

Spent a a 3 night stay at this fantastic property. Everything was As-Said, if not better, than described. Mark was a phenomenal host. Great communication. We probably spent most of our time on the back patio. It is a beautiful space. Walking distance to Wrigley and all nightlife. Will look to stay here again in the future. Book with confidence!

Classic Chicago visit

This is very maintained property and decorated property! It is conveniently located near shopping, Wrigley, and so much more! Our family came for a graduation and instantly settled in as though it were home!

Perfect location

Perfect location!! Was clean and convenient. A lot of amenities we didn’t end up using, but nice to have - eg outdoor patio, foosball. Updating the bedding would be an easy and affordable thing to do but would have made it feel more upscale. The fancy toilet /bidet was definitely fun to try — had never seen one of those before! Thank you for the stay! Ps - we LOVED the restaurant Crosby’s kitchen which is walking distance.

Perfect gem in Lakeview

We used this apartment as a base to attend the Northwestern/ Purdue football game. An easy 10 minute walk to Wrigley field- but far enough way to be a quiet neighborhood. Property was well equipped with two bathrooms including an en-suite bath in one room. All baths had been recently updated. Although less than a 1 block to the Brown line, the Apartment is very quiet. Also, short walk to Southport corridor shopping and restaurants. Kitchen is well equipped and good size for meal prep. Owners are very thorough, communication was great, check in was simple. Would recommend to anyone and we would definitely stay here again.

Fall Break in Chicago

I am a Chicago native that has relocated to the Atlanta area for the past 15 years. I haven't been able to come "home" for almost 2 years during the pandemic. This location was perfect. I have always loved the 2 or 3 flat buildings, and the unit has held true to the original architecture BUT with some fantastic kitchen and bathroom upgrades. LOTS of space for a family of 4. About 1 block from the el (train line), walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery store. Mark was incredibly quick to reply to any question I had and made the checkout process so easy. I would stay here on any future trip!

Excellent Home Away From Home

If you want to feel at home while visiting a new location this is the place to try. Great 3/2 with remodeled kitchen and baths. Large Dining and Living Rooms. Super charming rear patio with Koi pond. Location is great!! Short walk to shopping and restaurants, train lines, and Divey bikes. Street parking is challenging but we found public transportation to be the best way to get around. Minutes to Wrigley Ball Field. Owners were very helpful with good suggestions for restaurants. Loved it here!

Siblings’ getaway

This is an amazing place! Close walk to Wrigley and CTA. The apartment is clean and the decor is too cute. The patio an Koa pond was peaceful and relaxing. My siblings and I enjoyed our stay and all agree that this is our favorite stay of many and hope to be able to stay next year.

Lakeview gem

We truly enjoyed our stay. Was my first VRBO and wasn’t sure what to expect. Accommodations were immaculate and spacious. My wife and I met in this neighborhood and lived nearby for a number of years. Was like going back home. Loved the location. So close to the L and great dining. Easy walk to Wrigley if you want to catch a game. Loved the Koi pond and patio. Will definitely book again on our next trip to Chicago.
