Condo Rental, Avila Beach, California Ocean Front Luxury. Seaside and Pier Views from Windows and Balcony, Located Across From the Sand. Enjoy second floor luxury 1100 square foot one bedroom one bath apartment on the corner of Front and San Miguel Streets across the street from the beach. Ocean views from both inside and the private balcony.

The Primary Bedroom has a king bed. The living room has queen sofa sleeper, two 42" TVs with Direct TV programming including all the movie channels, fireplace. Wi-Fi Included with Every Stay. Washer/Dryer. Central vacuum. Complete equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, and housewares. Duvet, shams and mattress pad are laundered after each occupancy

The gated garage includes parking for one vehicle (a second parking space can usually be made available with advance notice), dumbwaiter to apartment and outdoor sand shower. There is 7' clearance for vehicles in the parking garage. It’s location is isolated from other living units and provides secure private parking.

If desired, a keyed back entry stairway may be used from garage which is available to this unit and one other. The keyed entry stairway is monitored by a camera.

Great Space and location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space and location are remarkable, however it wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped. There was food in the hideaway bed, as well as underneath it. There was a small red stain on the hideaway bed sheets, as well as stains on the master bed pillow case. Lots of cobwebs in the window frames as well.

Happy Grateful

Wonderful location to spend an intimate long weekend. Wonderfully taken care of through entire process from registration through checkout. Beautiful unit. Great to cook and eat in or walk to a restaurant. Beautiful location in Avila just across from the beach.. Will return the next time we are in the area. Thoughtful friendly supportive management and owner. TY

Lovely stay

Loved this location in Avila Beach. Beach view from balcony is nice and just enough off of Front Street to avoid some of the noise on the weekends. Private parking was wonderful. Farmers market and band on Friday night were a definite bonus. Close to SLO and Santa Maria but without the hustle and bustle of Pismo Beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Favorite Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about this condo is wonderful. The location is perfect, the view sublime, and the building is really well-maintained. I had stayed here 2 years earlier and figured kitchen supplies would look older, but this management company replaces stuff when it starts looking old. There was an All-Clad pan that looked new, as I could not find even one scratch. The knives are great, though I couldn’t find the sharpener. The kitchen overall is well-stocked, which we appreciated as we cooked every day. The whole condo is well-appointed and tastefully decorated. I especially love the beautiful yellow bathroom. I even loved the ceramic soap holders by both sinks. The bed is very comfortable and we slept great every night. Thank you Coastal Vacation Rentals!

New Year's Getaway

Reviewer Comments: My girlfriend and I were looking for a nice quiet cozy place to stay up in Central California and came across this wonderful place at 28 San Miguel. After looking at the pictures and knowing the charm of Avila Beach, we decided to rent the property for four nights which I wish we could have stayed longer. It was a beautiful and very classy home with all the amenities anyone could ever need. The pictures didn't even do it justice so if you do rent this place, you'll know what I mean after your time there. Great location and view of the Ocean. Although we had a lot of rain and cold, what better place to be with the one you love.....highly recommend staying there as the whole process of checking in and checking out was excellent. You also have an underground secured garage that has a dumbwaiter....yes, I said dumbwaiter to help get all your belongings up to be unloaded right at your doorstep! Who has that?? Pretty cool and very convenient. Go see what I mean if you get a chance. Worth the money for sure......

LOVE this place!

We've been coming to the area for years but this was the first time staying in Avila rather than in SLO. Oh man, what a difference! Being able to walk to restaurants, Reimer's, the beach and the park was so convenient. Waiting for our table at the Custom House from our patio was awesome! Speaking of the patio -- morning coffee and evening wine with that view was spectacular. We loved the open concept and upscale finishes (beach chic). The place was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. We can't wait to return to this great beach house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: pretty good, many lights were out and I reported this to Coastal Management, however, probably because of the Holiday, no one came to put new lights in while we were there. This is a nice location, there are some stairs to climb, and there is a dumb waiter to help with some of the luggage. We like the one separate bedroom leaving a nice other room and open kitchen. We would visit again.

Best location

Loved being so close to the beach! We walked to get coffee every morning and then enjoyed it on the balcony. 10/10 will stay here again!

Great place and location.

We love Avila Beach. This is a great place. Loved it! Steps to the beach. We cooked breakfast only because there’s so many other places to eat. The kitchen has everything we needed.

It is well maintained, comfortable, spacious and steps from the sand, shops and restaurants. A great location close to everything. It comes with a private place to park and a dumb waiter to help you get your things up and down with ease. The management company was easy to work with. We enjoyed golfing and riding our bikes on the Bob Jones Trail. We had great meals at Merseas on the last pier, Custom House and ice cream at Reimers. Looking forward to returning next year.

And the sofa bed is not comfortable at all. I would say, its a one bed only unit. Coastal Vacations is excellent to work with, no issues!

Nice place

This is a great little place for 2 adults and 2 small children. Great location, comfortable atmosphere, convenient area with shops and VERY close to the beach. We loved that it had an outside shower to clean the kids off after a day at the beach. Only complaint (like any pull out sofa) was the mattress on the couch bed. Having an additional memory foam topper available would have been greatly appreciated. Fine for small children, but my older teens were a little uncomfortable on it. Otherwise, a great place. Would definitely recommend.

Our Happy Place!!

It would be nice if there were more than 2 rolls of toilet paper and one part of a roll of paper towels for 4 people for a weeklong stay. Just a suggestion 😁👍 e couldn’t find the flu water and there were a lot of the little black gnat like bugs in the kitchen when we arrived. I remembered there being a fly swatter before. Obviously none of this has stopped me from staying here and I will continue to stay here!! Love that the owners leave a bottle of wine and two cans of soda-like drinks!! We’ll be back!!
