Condo for Rent, Avila Beach, Beachcombing, Pier Strolling and Enjoying the Ocean Front are only 1 Block Away at this 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Condo That Sleeps 4. Ocean and pier view from small banquette for 2 outside front door.

Living room is furnished with ample seating, a queen size sofa sleeper, a flat screen TV and wireless internet access. Queen bed in the bedroom. All bed and bath linens provided. All major appliances are in the kitchen. Washer/Dryer on site.

Off street parking.

*This Property Does NOT Have Air Conditioning*

Small dogs are considered and if approved require an additional fee of $100, plus tax. To get approved, guests must first submit a photo of the dog and agree to:
1.) Bring sheets/blankets to cover the furniture and

This unit is perfect for a couple. It was spotless! The bed was very comfortable. Having a parking space in Avila is key! The location is one block from the beach!

Efficient, clean, well-appointed one bedroom unit, perfect for a couple. Quick walk to the beach and restaurants, private parking area, washer and dryer available onsite.

Great place, fantastic location with only a short walk to beach and shops. It was clean and well stocked with essentials. The pull-out mattress on the couch was very thin and lumpy and you could feel a bar through your back, but the queen mattress and pillows in the bedroom were very comfortable.

Super clean property. The stairs were a little difficult for my sister with knee issues. I didn’t think about that when I booked it. Overall it was very nice.

Close to the beach

We very much enjoyed our stay and quick access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The property was perfect for 2 adults. We hope to return soon. Thank you!

Mother/Daughter Weekend

Perfect location for a mother daughter weekend! Never had to leave the property, walked everywhere, except for church! Two adults and our little ones along too! Super fun!

Ocean views

Nice property & well appointed. Close to everything but not in the center. All the extra fees really add up! Because of this we decided on 2 nights instead of 3.

Wonderful Place and Location

I traveled with my friend and two nieces (9) and we were so pleased with the location. It’s literally a block down to the beach. The place was clean and had all the amenities we required. The only thing I would note is that the pull out couch isn’t super comfortable, but that’s where the kids slept. Overall, it was a clean, cute place with a wonderful location. I would stay here again and would recommend this VRBO listing to any family or friends.

Stay review

Everything was good except we had to deal with ant infestation. We sprayed in different places to keep the ants in check.

great place

Perfect condo for my husband and I. Walking distance to the beach, local shopping and restaurants. In my opinion the condo is perfect. The square footage is exactly were I want it, in the living areas and bathroom and just the right amount in the bedroom with plenty of storage in the built in closet. This is our second time staying here and love the added window which gives a view of the Avila cove. I highly recommend this light and airy condo.

Great location but needs a couple of things.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the unit, there were a few things that disappointed us. There is not a normal cooktop but an induction one. There were no directions on it's use. We called the office twice, they were very nice and told us what they thought we should do, but it still never worked. An electric frying pan would be helpful. Also, the tv is not a smart tv, it is extremely small and the connection kept going out. I mean like every ten minutes and sometimes never went back on.

Lovely little condo

It’s a cute, modern, little space. It’s very comfortable and has everything inside that you might need. It’s one block up from the beach so a great location. And it has a great little parking lot. But just some FYIs: there are a lot of stairs you’ll be climbing because it is an upper level. There’s no hand soap in the kitchen. And it has a regular coffee pot not a kuerig. The light switches have to be turned on to use the ceiling fans and that is not stated anywhere. We will definitely be returning. It’s a cute little place.

The decor I’m sure was done by a design professional. We really liked how close the unit was to the little town of Avila and the beach!!! Loved everything about it, we’ll definitely stay ther again!
