Could not have had a better and more excellent stay. This property was beyond spotless and had every good quality a vacation rental need possess. Had a wonderful time staying here. Super peaceful, excellent location, close to beaches, and a short walk to shops. Baby beach was a short walk and a great place to watch the sun set. Several other beaches are a quick few minutes drive away. The condo was very spacious, and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Jon was a great host and was very quick to respond when we needed help with something. I would definitely stay here again

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely stay at this freshly renovated space. Super roomy and comfortable and close to snorkeling!!! Loved it would stay again !!!

Nice place, great location

Great location with easy access to beaches and restaurants. Unit was clean, well maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. Nice pool on the property. Would gladly stay here again.

Jon was a great host and communicative. His place worked out well for my wife and son and felt spacious for us. The sofa bed seemed a bit soft to me but was fine for my son. Like other reviewers have noted, the unit has everything you need to cook or go to the beach. And the location was convenient to everything on the south shore.

Our 50th Anniversary getaway

Comfortable and spacious, situated in a lush landscaped area. Very conveniently located near Poipu beach. The kitchen was very well equipped. The living quarters were very spacious and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Stay!

My daughter and I stayed at Jon’s condo. Location was great, easy access to all of the island. Plenty of parking. Jon was quick to respond with any question I had. Condo was clean, spacious for two people and had a nice lay out. Would stay at this condo again when next trip to Kauai is planned.

Life on Kauai

We had a relaxing wonderful stay. It was our 50th anniversary. Going to the beach, swimming in the pool and just relaxing. It was the perfect rental for our needs. Thank you Jon for sharing your home with us.

We’ve made many trips to Kauai and the Poipu, first time staying at this condo complex. Enjoyed the flexibility of the location.

Lovely property with a great location. This condo is very spacious and extremely well-equipped. Easy to find all of the kitchen items, as all of the shelves are labeled! I liked the windows, as even when there is rain (we unfortunately were there during a kona low storm), you can leave them open without rain coming in. Lots of fans to keep air circulating. Central location is great for exploring all areas of the island. The development is a nice, fairly small size and is very well maintained with lots of lovely foliage. The pool is lovely and was never crowded, so you don't need to fight for lounge chairs! Jon is very responsive to any questions. Overall excellent choice and I highly recommend this unit and development.

Excellent, spacy one bedroom condo

We truly enjoyed the accessibility of this space in the touristy southern part of Kauai. It was a large condo with all the amenities needed to cook and clean or just lounge inside or on the patio. The owner was very communicative and even offered to ship home a phone charger we left behind. Definitely recommend this place!

Tropical Paradise

I loved the accommodation. Even though there is no air conditioning, there are sufficient fans to keep the place a comfortable temperature. The grounds are beautifully kept and the pool is close by. I enjoyed the walk to see the sunset, walking to Baby Beach, and having the restaurants and shopping so close at hand.
